    While it took awhile to actually receive the freezer, it arrived when it was supposed to. Delivery crew was very friendly. With the cost of food and gas, we really needed a freezer for our garage and this works great.

    Exchanged a frost free insignia freezer for a GE Frost Free Garage Ready freezer. Though i was getting the same space inside, each being 17.3. But i lost inside space depth. Plus the door on the GE does not close itself.

    We were looking for an upright freezer for over a month when we finally found one at Best Buy. It arrived at said time and was easy to pick up at curbside. We are well pleased with the freezer, but have not had it for to long. No problems as of yet.

    Great product! Excellent interior lighting. Digital temperature gauge at eye level for the door and energy star rated. Delivery and set-up was excellent and on time! It’s worth being a tech member! They hauled way the of freezer and there was no charge for delivery or haul away!

    I haven’t owned it but for a short while but so far I like it. The freezer is spacious and organization is easy. I like the drawers and the door shelving. The freezer is well lit and runs quietly. I would buy it again. The only negative thing that I can say is that there was a dent on the lower back side when I unboxed it. It had to come from the factory that way because the packaging was not damaged. Appears to be just cosmetic.The delivery people were excellent, professional and friendly.

    Brand new GE freezer and keeps giving a false alarm. And I try to get service on it and GE says they don’t have any service in this area and they had an offload it to a company out of Ohio that canceled the day that they were supposed to come so I’m really not happy

    If you are looking for a freezer for the garage, really consider this freezer. There is plenty of space and runs quiet. A lock on the door provides safety. The reviews online gave this a high rating compared to other models and brands. I did have a month and a half back order on receiving it but it was worth it.

    Love my new upright freezer. I place my frozen veggies in the door, larger items in the bottom bins, and all other items easily accessible grouped together. Love being able to see everything as soon as I open the door. So convenient.

    Ive only had this about a month, but the Best Buy installation team was great, and this freezer has a fantastic seal on it. I have to really tug to get it open. I actually like that – you need a solid seal on a deep freeze. I had to downsize to fit my space. I might have gotten the bigger one had I been able to see and measure for myself in-store. This one has the glass shelves, and that was one of the sell points for me. I like the drawers. There are three – comparabe to a meat tray in the center and two crisper tray drawers in the bottom. I feel its a good use of space. I love the clear shelves in the door, so i can see items. Overall, would definitely recommend this purchase. For me, and for the money, this was rhe best choice. I spent hours researching freezers before buying this one.

    The freezer is working great. The time from purchase to delayrd delivery was extensive, but expected in today’s world.

    It arrived after delivery delays and was placed in the basement. I put 15 pounds of ice and some blue ice in it to see how it did the next day. All was good until the power went out for 28 hours. Because the freezer was not full the ice on an upper shelf did melt some. This is well under what I expected however an almost empty freezer doesn’t have much to keep it cold.
