This is the most efficient deep freeze I found with this much room. Has 4 sliding drawers to keep food separate and easy to find what you are looking for.

Great size and a lot of depth for storing. Love the 4 baskets. I have 2 on the top level and 2 on the 2nd level with room for storage on the bottom. Only drawback is the freezer does not have adjustable feet which made my incredibly unlevel garage floor challenging. The delivery guys helped to rig up some spacers so the freezer would be level.

This freezer works great and is pretty darned quiet. We’ve lost power a few times and the alert light has worked properly every time. Power has not stayed off very long so I can’t say how long it will stay cold. I am very happy with this purchase.

The freezer has worked perfectly, and the storage sliding baskets make storage and finding foods extremely easy. We sincerely appreciate Best Buy keeping us updated on the delivery of our product. The delivery was as promised with clean professional personnel.

The grill over the compressor was badly bent and damaged when the delivery guys took the freezer out of its box. I was concerned that the damage to the grill would also mean damage to the compressor.
Since the freezer was a gift and we had been waiting for a couple of months for it to arrive, I didn’t tell the delivery guys to put it back on the truck and take it away, as I normally would have.
They straightened the grill as best they could.
The freezer is very nice but not crazy about the bent grill.

Initial impression is top quality. Upon delivery, I let it sit for over a day for everything to settle, then set the thermostat to halfway per the manual and powered on. Plenty of storage and runs very quiet. Internal storage baskets are a big help. At the recommended setting, we are maintaining just below 0 degrees. I’d buy it again.

It ships with the baskets taped in… And now the gasket doesn’t seal on the back side, where the baskets were. So, ice builds up along the top and the back wall even though I’ve had this freezer less than a month. I try to remember to keep the top bins on that same side because it helps some… But then the ice makes the bins get stuck.
They do include a scraper with it, so that’s good I guess.

Seems to be as described in the majority of reviews. The one down side is that the freezer does get a bit frosty where the upper baskets hang. Also, it’s important to lower the lid on this unit in a controlled way because otherwise it slams down and that wouldn’t be good for it in the long run.

Great freezer unit; using it to replace tow older smaller versions. The internal LED light is very helpful, as well as the external power indicator. Had some initial issues with the alarm activating with any power fluctuation, but it stabilized after an extended power reset (pulled the plug and waited 20 minutes)

The amount of space even with the four sliding baskets is great. The baskets are not interchangeable between the two rails so you can’t place them all on the top rail or all on the bottom rail, only two for each rail system. As for the bottom two, if you pack your frozen goods too high the baskets will not slide from side to side but can still be lifted up in order to access the frozen goods underneath. The light on the lid is bright, making it easy to see everything inside even if there’s not other light in the room. The lid is easy to lift but care needs to be taken when closing it as it does not have a soft close lid, is slightly heavy and will land with a thud if not gently guided down. Closes tightly every time. It took about six hours to get ours up to a state of fully frozen from the moment we first plugged it in. We don’t have ours fully packed yet and there’s no sign of ice build up on the sides or the lid since we purchased this in June of 2022. It’s next to our old deep freezer which is 5.7 Cu. Ft. We thought we might not have enough room with this one so we kept the old one but this is a very large deep freezer perfect for garage and/or basement, ours is in the basement.

This chest freezer fit perfectly in the space we had for it. We really like the interior baskets for organizing. The audible alarm in case of power outage worked well when the electric went out due to a storm. We are very pleased and should have bought one sooner.

Great freezer so far! I really love the temperature warning feature, since we are keeping this in our garage located in Las Vegas. We get temperatures above 110 here! The only thing I’d really complain about is the low number of interior baskets. I am now needing to purchase the extras needed, which are close to $40 each. If I purchase 2 top baskets and 2 bottom baskets, the cost will be close to $160 with taxes and shipping.

The size of this freezer fit perfectly in a space in our garage. The lid is heavier to open than our previous one. Because there was no floor model we had to purchase sight unseen. Our previous model had a temp guage that was more sophisticated than this basic one. I do like the baskets inside the freezer as they move from one side to the other very easily.

We purchased this chest freezer in June 2022 for use in our garage. The freezer broke and overheated a few days ago which just happens to be 2 months after the one year warranty expired. Thankfully my daughter discovered the issue before we lost all of the contents. We were left scrambling for coolers and asking for help from friends.
Given the cost I expected more reliability out of this chest freezer. Sounds like planned obsolescence to me! Do not bother with this overpriced piece of junk.

I reviewed a number of options before settling on this freezer and for what I required, it fit all my criteria. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and so far everything is working well with the freezer and I’m very pleased with it. I packed 40 lbs of meat (which had been in the freezer for almost 2 1/2 weeks) into a cooler for transport via airline and when I unpacked the meat about 13 hours later, it appeared to be just as frozen as when I first packed it.
