    Purchased April 8, 2022. Today, it stopped. Just stopped. $2000 worth of fish and steak half thawed. It was supposed to keep things frozen for at least 24 hrs if it stopped. Left for work at 7, no alarm. everything good. Return home at 5. Out. ANd its already non-returnable. A little over amonth and its shot. So, lets see if the 5 year Geek Squad actually comes through.

    Best upright freezer I’ve ever own. Love the fact that it has an alarm when the temperature drops. I do find it concerning that if you shut the door too hard it will bounce open and if you don’t realize it, the alarm will let you know it’s still open.

    We love it. We bought this freezer to replace an old one that needed to go to the freezer graveyard. The delivery team was right on time, courteous, and efficient. The interior is laid out well, making it easy to organize and store our frozen goods. It is very quiet and energy efficient, and we like the temperature display and adjustment on the front of the door.

    It was bought as a garage freezer and is doing its job. Door control is nice — no need to open it to adjust settings. Internal light is effective, frost free function is nice in our humid area. Feet are very smooth and the floor is slippery because of epoxy coating, so the unit can slide some when I pull on the door to open it.

    No issues to date. Keeps food at our setting 0 degrees. Nice to have outside temperature reading on the door. Easy to stack food on shelfs. We are a family of two and would not want a smaller size as this one stays packed.

    This was bought to be a garage freezer and it does not disappoint. Turbo freeze gets real cold real quick. Having the temperature showing on the front is a bonus. The door alarm is quick to tell you that the door is open. Great item!

    Works as described by Best Buy and manufacturer. Item arrived earlier than expected by friendly and professional delivery staff who unpacked the freezer and installed it exactly were desired. Provided some helpful information on the freezer operation, checked it to ensure it was working properly before leaving and took all of the cardboard and packaging materials. Upright freezer works very well and holds a significant amount of food for its relatively modest size. I have had it for about a month and very happy with it so far.

    I just received this replacement freezer from a 19 year old GE 14 cubic upright manual defrost. On the positive it cooled down to zero degrees in less than 4 hours in a 96 degree garage. However, I don’t like the overly tight seal. Every time I open it the whole freezer moves and it’s very difficult to open. It is suppose to be the same size as my previous model, but I really don’t think it holds as much!

    I was so excited to finally have a nice stand up freezer for extra food storage. This freezer doesn’t stay closed and has defrosted several times. I had to add a child lock on the outside just to keep it from opening up

    The freezer is great but will never buy anything over chat. I had to pay to have old freezer taken away even after I stopped in the store the week before the freezer was delivered, it should have been free. After I talked to 3 other people I was to get a gift card for 1/2 of what it cost to take old freezer away and still waiting for it to come.
