I brought the Garmin Montana 700 to use on my hiking treks and ATV. The large display was a must for me and the ability to be viewable in bright sun light. Its nice to be able change mode types like walking, hiking, biking, off-road and others. Works well with GPX files. Lots of options for downloadable maps. One of my favories maps is the Garmin HuntView Parcel. It allows you to see property lines on the map. This is great so you don’t unknowingly trespass onto someones land. Just a couple of cons – the interface is a little slow and somewhat outdated. Overall a great GPS!
