  1. satanclaws

This works great! My wife goes on long multi day hiking trips to places with very spotty cell coverage. This allows us to stay in touch via text and mapping if her adventures, making everything mush safer as well.

  2. Bruh

Pretty expensive in purchase price and subscription but it works. It s good for hiking alone or being out for a while without signal and being able to send and receive short texts, adds a little peace of mind. Battery last a long time, does seem to slowly discharge while powered off. Durable so far, dropped it, knocked some rocks while scrambling, seems fine, minor scratches.

  3. 2muchstuff

  9. JonathanH

Takes some setup and of course the monthly fee for usage but if you are in the woods frequently every month it’s definitely worth it to stay in contact with your family!

  10. Boxlover69

Best choice I’ve ever made would do it agin very safe to use when hunting

  11. GergW

Great item. i purchased it for my 7,000 mile motorcycle trip. I can have family follow where im at and i can use the SOS if i get in an accident and no ones around and ive been ejected from my bike. I like how i can pause and continue the monthly subscription as needed. Lots of cool features in a small package!

  17. ButtonMasher

Great little emergency location and communication device for back country travel. It’s super small and light weight which is nice when backpacking. Battery last for such a long time, that I don’t need to worry about it on my trips of 1 to 5 days.
