    The wine fridge is nice but it came damaged. Looks like it fell off a forklift or something. Had to hammer corner to get handle put on. But besides the shipping I like it

    Nice but crummy shelves poorly designed. Shelf made of flimsy wood and normal size wine bottles do not fit had to remove shelf to make it fit. I like racks that fit bottles.

    It was a mistake to neglect the value of pull-out shelves. These wooden supports make arranging contents a very clumsy process. Judging by the sounds it makes I am anxious about the efficiency.

    Noisy. Bottles do not fit well. Wooden drawers hard to pull out with bottles loaded. Lower shelves have less bottle space due to design.

    It is OK for the investment. The lower tray easily falls out of the area where is supposed to be, and then the door won’t close. Only standard bottles fit well, if they are a little oversized then they become hard to fit. Not well thought out, a good percentage of wines don’t come in standard size bottle even if they are 750ml. Something I really didn’t like is that the cooler area is not separated from the rest. There is a big gap between the controls and the glass. I wonder what they did it this way. Whoever designed it was not too bright. I brought a couple of thermometers to gauge the temp inside and, of course, cooler air tends to go to the bottom. There was no difference among them. The two different temps became one. So the cooler area becomes irrelevant. On the good side, it is silent.

    If you are looking for a wine cooler that will last for 3 years, this is the unit for you. Sounds like the compressor is shot and to have someone come out and fix it plus the parts is about 2/3 the cost of a new one
    Unit was installed, never moved and temps never adjusted, just stopped working

    The very best wine cooler that actually keeps the wine at the exact temperature. Other wine coolers are absolutely garbage they don’t perform like they’re supposed to the keep your wine at the optimal temperature.

    Frigidaire Winery has a good capacity to place around 50 bottles of wines and champagnes. I am a fan of this winery brand for 20 years and I have tried other brands but this is for me The top one

    Amazing!!! The dual temperature zones accurately and consistently chilled reds and whites, and the price is right. I especially appreciated the ability to keep one zone at serving temperature—pull out a beer or a bottle of white and drink on a whim—and one at a cellaring temperature.

    I bought this wine Frig from best buy in Tustin , Ca. This wine wine frig went dead after 5 months. This wine cooler still under warranty and I have been in contact with Frigidaire for the last 11/2 month and still they did not fix it or replaced it . Frigidaire is the worst company to deal with and I regret buying it.
    I don’t not recommend this wine cooler to anyone. As well Best Buy would not ever help to resolve this issue . It’s a shame.

    Good capacity but really only fits standard wine bottles and even these can be a tight fit. Pretty quiet unit … we don’t hear it most of the time. Holds temp well. One quirk … upper zone can get colder than lower.
    Overall, a good first time wine fridge.

    Pleased with this product considering the price paid for it. It does not conveniently hold 38 bottles as advertised – more like 30 bottles of wine with room in the bottom section for cans or bottles of beer or soda or mixers. Had an issue with the handle but the manufacturer was prompt on providing a new handle. Very pleased with the manufacturers service.

    Works well but is very loud. Husband calls it the hurricane. We have tried everything to reduce the sound levels and make sure it is functioning properly. We have to turn it off when we have guests and in the quiet of the morning because it’s so loud that it is distracting.

    Arrived damaged. Returned item and purchases the 45 bottle version. This one has good storage but it is loud. Also shelves do not slide and is hard to access and identify bottles

    Wanted to open a bottle of wine after a long day at work. Light turns on, temp numbers work, Fridge is not cooling. Maybe I opened the door too much during the pandemic?? Pulled the fridge out to see if there was dust behind it. Fridge still looks like it’s brand new. Nothing lasts anymore, extremely frustrating.

    Simply awful. The racks are a size that if it is not a Riesling or Bordeaux bottle the bottle will not fit. So it is limited functionality to begin with. The wood racks being made so they bottom and tops are connected gives very limited space and use ability.

    The humidity on its own will not go above 30% which is way too dry for a wine cooler. Having to put a bowl of water in to solve this takes up a lot of the limited space.

    When you do try to raise the humidity, you find that the system cannot handle the water and leaks out – also that the screws utilized in the interior are not meant for a humid environment and rust very quickly.

    I’ve only had it for a few months and compared to my larger wine fridge of another brand, which sadly does not make a smaller unit, it is plain awful.

    Absolutely do not recommend and it is limited in what it can store and poorly designed as a wine fridge considering the environment wine should be stored in.
