It is so easy to set up and make ice. I love that I can make different size ice cubes.

The unit does not create the amount of ice that it says it can. I tested this unit along another with a lesser ice output capacity. To my surprise this unit even though, theoretically speaking, was to generate 40+% than its competitor, it only did about 15-20%. Also since it’s so large it does not keep the ice cool vs its competitors. Lastly, the unit is too large and heavy. The unit was returned given all the comments above, so I cannot provide reviews for its long term reliability.

Ordered on line. First one didn’t work, took it back they ordered another one but it came in dented. Not happy with the way I have gotten the merchandise.

This was the 2nd unit that I ordered. The first was dented by the delivery service. This one had a slight dent, but I kept it rather than bother with returning it since the dent was in the back.
My issues are that mold grows inside after a month and sometimes the ice looks “patchy” as if the unit is not cold enough.
Overall, a good basic and inexpensive ice maker that probably should only be used for events.

Going back. This one has no water feed and requires draining. Most modern refrigeration equipment self evaporates.

love the amount of ice that is made. Has 3 different sizes and a big reservoir to hold water so you don’t have to fill up as often.

I was skeptical about buying this ice maker after reading other reviews. I have been really happy with the extra amount of ice this makes. It delivers plenty of ice for making frozen drinks in my 84 ounce ninja blender. It is usually recharged by the time I make the next batch. Also you can fill tall glasses and not run out of ice. I was formerly on a 26 pound maker and I would not have enough for blending and would typically run out filling glasses with ice in the summer and have to wait for ice. This unit is substantially larger than a smaller unit so just keep that in mind. I had mine shipped to the house it was packed well and had no damage. This unit was purchased on sale so a really good deal.

Makes ice cubes fast like 10min small cubes.ice cubes are chewable even when take out into real freezer. Tough to find machine that makes chewable. Works nicely.

This product stopped producing ice within 3 months and Best buy will not take it back without a warranty. Frigidaire will not get back to me with a answer if I can return this. Not very happy.

This machine is a trooper! Ran 24/7 for almost 18 months. The only downside is that the lid will not always stay up and can fall at the slightest jiggle. The ice is softer which we like.

This ice maker lasted three and a half years. I purchased the protection so I was able to have it replaced with a gift card. It makes a lot of ice and keeps it relatively cold so it doesn’t all melt in the tray. It is rather large, so keep that in mind. I would like to purchase it again, but it is $100 more than what I paid.
