    We bought this because it had a lock/key to keep the teens out. Overall, it’s a good fridge. Only complaint is we have had to defrost it 4x in a year. I like to keep the drinks cold so we set it at 34. After the first defrost, we changed to 36 but the drinks just weren’t cold enough. So we will keep it cold and defrost it regularly.

    I use this as my beer fridge in my Livingroom. I bought another brand and it was really loud. I have not heard this fridge make a sound

    Live looking fridge. Keeps dei ks nice and cold. Only issue we’re some sharp edges around the frame that needed filed down resulting in scratches
    Other than that, great purchase.

    The box appeared to arrive in good shape – we never opened it because we didn’t have anywhere to put it during our kitchen remodel. We just now opened it to find that the entire top of the unit and the corner of the door are both crushed, and now Best Buy won’t return it – and were directed to the manufacturer. Thanks guys, never shopping here again 🙂

    It was delivered damaged on the first order and again when replaced. Surprised that they chose to simply cancel the order. They hung up on me on 3 different calls to remedy the matter.

    I really like this fridge. I have had 2 of them for over 10 years and they have done well. The gas in one of the doors just started to wear out so I bought 2 more to replace these. I had to reorder one of the units 6 different times because the fridge replacement had been damaged. Now I’m on a first name basis with my local BestBuy store.

    Purchased this beverage cooler in October 22. In February 2023 it iced up and leaked water on my hardwood floor warping it. Best buy only accepts returns for 15 days – That’s crap. Frigidaire is impossible to contact. I’ll never purchase from Best Buy again for agreeing to sell stuff that can’t be retuned when it proves its crap. Feel free to learn for yourselves…

    When I received this, it looked as though it was an open box return, which was not stated on the product when purchased. Per the website, I was purchasing this new. There were 2 dents. The cap that goes over the hinge was broken.

    Additionally the fridge will not stay shut unless you actually push it together. The seal must be damaged along with all the other issues

    However it does work

    We purchased this on sale. 6 weeks later we find it does an excellent job and is very quiet. We would definitely purchase it again and highly recommend it.

    The fridge like other reviews I saw came damaged on the sides. It still worked perfectly and the damage was minimal so I kept it. The only thing I do not like about the fridge is that the shelves are not spaced in a way that maximizes room. I ended up removing a shelf so that I could fit what I needed because the top shelf doesn’t have enough space to put a soda can which was disappointing. So it works great and I love the look just the functionality of not being able to adjust the shelves to fit what I wanted is the only downside.

    This is not a Best Buy issue. I have twice received this same frigd from Home Depot, 2 of them on each order so that is 4 frigds, all returned. Then I get 2 more from Best Buy and one had the same damaged in the same spot. The 6th Refrg. had almost no damage. I was so frustrated that I kept the badly damaged one since the damage would not be seen. I have to believe that the damaged occurred in transit to the Frigadires facilty or in Frigidires facilty. 5 out 6 were really unacceptably damaged.

    The beverage cooler came with dings and scratches. Very unhappy with the product. It won’t cool below 50°. I bought a fridge thermometer and the temperature it shows is not the true temperature.

    This one (3rd) is good. First 2 were so beat up I returned them. The box on the 3rd was tore up but did not have a scratch on it….lucky I guess.
    At least the staff at the Greensboro store took me seriously and did everything they could to help.

    Love my new beverage cooler! This replaced a small college type fridge that was too small and wide for the space. Now it feels like a new kitchen with this addition!

    The mini fridge in the box was a bit beat up when it was delivered. Probably why it was so heavily discounted. The top right corner where the hinge is was bashed in and bent. The door is also a bit askew because the hinge damage. I called customer service and they offered me $40 for compensation but I wouldn’t be able to take it back if the mini fridge failed. I didn’t think that $40 was worth voiding any future recourse if I had problems with it. I did go to the physical store to see if they had another mini fridge I could trade it out for. They did have another one that was in box that also looked pretty beat up and they opened it so I could see if it was also damaged – it was even more beat up than the one delivered to me. It was pretty disappointing to have a damaged product even at the sale price. I ended up keeping the mini fridge because I didn’t have time to order another one for an event I was having and it did actually work. I certainly get the feeling that Best Buy knowingly deals in damaged goods. Won’t purchase from them again. Lesson learned.

    Plugged it in. Doesn’t cool. Liquid residue on the floor under the fridge. Compressor makes no sound but is hot. Brand new and broken on arrival.

    A great mini fridge considering I got it about half off. Although the picture is misleading. You can not have a full size glass bottle standing up with out adjusting it, causing you to lose space on the others, meaning one rack would only be able to hold mini sodas. As is one rack can hold about 30 regular size cans. The bottom can easily hold 24 regular water bottles. Some reviews mention a loud noise but I never had a problem like that. The handle can be better as it has fallen off a few time if not careful also don’t slam or close fast since it’ll just pop open.

    I don’t know who’s at fault, whether its BestBuy, Frigidaire or the Shipping Courier (UPS), box came beat-up, and when opened, the styrofoam is so thin, it protects nothing, it came damaged in multiple areas.

    The side is damaged, but no clue how that could’ve been damaged, that at least isnt visible when I slide it into cabinet space. but what I can’t deal with is the door, I cant ignore.

    I didnt even bother taking this out after seeing this… and it’s a hassle to return, this is 100lbs, not easy to transport this to UPS drop off.

    scheduling UPS pick-up is about $14, which was not covered by BestBuy.

    Horrible.

    This fridge literally stopped working within the first 2 weeks of getting it AND Best
    Buy won’t exchange it because it’s outside the 14 day return policy. I now dealing with Frigidaire directly and it’s going to be a battle to have it replaced …. DO NOT BUY THIS ONE!

    Truly a fun addition to our newly remodeled kitchen. We had to add some shelving to hold the cans of soda snugly and the light is very dim so it only illuminates the top rack but other than that, we really love it!

    This is an outstanding refrigerator. Easy to setup, remarkable design and awesome features. It keeps the drinks cold and ready for consumption whenever you are ready for them. I love the transparent-adjustable-shelves, the optional steady-on interior lighting and the simplified temperature controls.
    The unit runs quite, and keeps the does an amazing job of keeping a large number of drinks cold. It even has a digital temperature readout so you can easily see where you have set the temperature.

    No mechanical or structural concerns. It really has been plug and play.

    I highly recommend this Frigidaire refrigerator.

    This fridge is a great addition to my man cave it cools properly. Just a word of caution keep it on the default setting of 41 degrees any lower will make your can sodas freeze.. overall a good product

    I ordered this product online as an open box. Bestbuy had it listed as excellent condition. Upon receiving the item we discovered it was damaged and sent it back. Best Buy sent another one to us, but it never came. Bestbuy then closed out the order and refunded money.

    Absolutely love this fridge! I was hesitant to purchase this based on a lot of reviews saying it got damaged in transit. I didn’t have any issues at all. I bought this on sale, and I have no regrets. Not sure I’d pay full price; but it does seem to go on sale often.

    I previously owned this refrigerator but that one broke so I bought another to replace it. The first one there was a huge dent on the door. Then the second one had a huge dent on the side, which is hidden by our cabinets, but still this was a brand new item. Very disappointed. I’d recommend this item if it didn’t come damaged.
