This machine keeps up with our family of seven!! It is fast making cubes. The only SLIGHT complaint is that it has to sit near the edge of the counter because of the water reservoir and the lid. The ice comes out in clear cubes in small sheets that can be broken up fairly easily. We leave ours running all the time and need to fill with water only once a day.
If you use a lot of ice, this 40 lb ice maker is a good machine to check out. Our family has worn out one 26 lb ice maker every year so this time I also invested in the warranty.

We are happy with the ice maker! It makes a lot of ice! It’s perfect making smoothies and when you have a big party or big family. So far we have no problem.

This is my third, counter top style ice maker and I love it. I formally had the bullet type ice and was satisfied, but the ice this makes is so much better and lasts longer in a drink.
You do need to break up the cubes. Going to get a little ice pick so I don’t break the plastic scooper.
Now I just hope it lasts.

I works well, but i had a differ before this one and it had more options and made ice faster

It real good have no problem getting ice i recommended

Is ok. It makes ice but then the water can just sit there pending pressing the power button again. A bit annoying but ok.

This machine makes sheets of ice cubes that will not break apart. The ice cubes come out as a sheet and they are all connected and just too thick to break apart. It’s a very poor machine. I do not recommend it.

Good for the price, clear picture and nice remote.

There are cheaper “bullet-style” ice cube machines, but I’m glad I chose the extra to get the clear, square ice cube style. I suspect most of this style are produced by the same manufacturer, but that’s just a guess. The only caveat I would mention is that a friend mentions that his ice maker consumes a lot of electricity. I don’t pay for electricity, so I wouldn’t know, but it’s something to consider before purchase. Additional notes are that cleaning is relatively simple, the drain plug location is convenient, and it’s fairly quiet in operation.

Drain line cap plastic end was broken off. I have to get Best Buy to repair or replace as I filled the water in the top. It flooded out all over the place. What a mess should have a better drain plug system. Otherwise I guess it works.

I have had this for 2 years now and it works great. I take it camping. It makes nice large ice cubes that don’t melt after 5 minute. Much better than the nugget ice makers. I can easily use it to fill my cooler while camping.

Effective and dependable machine. Pros- it makes a decent amount of ice, quickly. It is quieter than other models I have owned and it seems to keep cold longer. Cons- the ice comes out in sheets that are difficult to break apart. The machine will shut itself off when not used for a long period of time or when out of water. Then, all of the prepared ice melts.

Great Icemaker! It’s just what I have been looking for!

Makes ice well, in sheets, that sometimes fall and break apart. Sometimes not. Never completely. Have an ice cracker/breaker nearby to help break up the sheets so you can fill glasses with cubes, not little blocks.
Machine is a bit noisy, definitely not quiet.

The design and look are great! It is very sleek and appealing to look at. It fits into my kitchen design perfectly.
The only complaints I have is that the ice cubes themselves don’t break apart. The full tray is dropped into the ice bucket and I have to manually break up the ice. Also, the ice maker will randomly not make ice. I just bought this ice maker, so I don’t know if it is faulty or if this is something that this ice maker does. I do know that the ice “recycles” and there is a period that the ice all melts and is recirculated. But it doesn’t seem to go back into the proper cycle afterwards.

I just bought this Ice maker but love the size of it!
Disappointed –
A little slow to produce ice, but acceptable. Other issue is that ice comes out in sheets rather than discreet cubes. It’s easy to break up the sheets of small cubes, but the user should not have to do that. May be able to resolve that problem with some adjustment to cube size, but cubes are already small before that adjustment.
