I use this when I am entertaining guests. It advertises to make 26 lbs of ice per 24 hour period and I would say that is accurate. The only thing I wish it had was an option to hook up to my reverse osmosis line. Filling manually is not a big deal however considering the economical cost.

This item looks nice and works very well. But it wasn’t what we were looking for. It makes ice really fast and works well. We were looking for something that made ice and filtered water so my elderly mother didn’t have to make ice cubes and buy bottled water. It does NOT filter the water as was told to us during an online chat with BestBuy. And the ice melts and is reused to make more ice if you aren’t using it constantly. So not for long term use.

This ice maker has two options to make ice which is small and large. It does’nt change the size of the ice even though that option is there. I will still give it 5 stars because it works well just like the fast food restaurant and I have no regrets. I would purchase this again

It works great. I keeps making ice all day and night. It is perfect and i love the fact that i can also get cold water from it as well. I would highly recommend it

there is always small things floating in water do to the opening inside the machine between where the water go and the back inside.

The product was shipped on time and arrived earlier. I thought that was an excellent sign. The product push out a great amount of ice quickly. I also, felt the water dispenser was gave a great filter taste.

More hygienic than my last one. Water feature is nice. Only thing is it is louder than others I have had. Doesn’t bother me at all though.

I was very disappointed!!!!! It barely makes enough ice to fill one large glass.. is reads 11’’ 26 – Lb. Icemaker. I thought it meant it made 26 pounds of ice not that the machine was 26 pounds.. Very misleading I would never recommend this to anyone.

This product arrives with the box complete damage and when I returned I just tell me just sent like that from the manufacturing well I returned.

Nice ice maker. Does pretty good on making ice.
The only draw back is adding water to the tank. There is a side door that you have to open and fill the tank with a 20 oz. cup, one cup at a time! No way you going to fill it with a pitcher. I should give it three stars because of this. I find it better than our previous ice maker that would not keep up with ice making, that’s why I give it four stars.

Nice ice maker. Verry happy with puchase. Much more sanitary than other machines. Odd design choice having to load water from the side though. Can be a pain at times.

After 7 months of working good unit started to leak water out. Purchase Best buy ESP at time of purchase just in case such issues arose. Best buy did not fix leak just replaced unit, exercising ESP 3 year warranty completely. Needed to buy new ESP .
