    Ive been buy these for the last 7 years. Had a desk top that was running slow. Purchased one of these and it completely clean it up and my desktop it speed it up.

    This product did nothing to help my old computer regain the performance that it had as new, not even a slightly. This is nothing more than a virus remover.

    I was a bit skeptical at first. I read the other reviews and decided to try it. I had already bought Windows 10 Pro to help with security issues as well as Office 365 but before installing them I knew I had to get my pc as clean as I could. I had bought it May 11,2021 from Best Buy in Springfield Missouri and received it on the 14th. I spent the next few days updating it while packing up to move out of state. The night before I was to move I went to do a change of address online and that’s when I noticed that it already had saved address info on it. The cloud I figured, until it was showing me phone numbers and emails I had never known. That’s when my troubles really began. Bank accounts, credit cards house sale transaction, phone numbers you name it. They were all being hacked during my trip from Missouri to Maryland. 2 pc’s and 3 phones later this program exposed and removed 2 programs used to remote access my brand new pc. It located the files, quarantined them and removed them. It took only a few minutes to plug the stick in follow the directions and restart the computer. Done. Add Norton Gamer 365 with LifeLock and last month’s nightmare is starting to fade. I certainly do recommend this product.

    It helped me get rid of a virus I didn’t know I had. Very easy to use. Just plug it into USB port and it starts on its own. Will give you the results in a few minutes.

    THIS PRODUCT WORKS VERY GOOD ,WHY WOULD YOU TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO REMOVE VIRUS .THIS DOES IT ALL .I REPAIRED TWO COMPUTERS ,NOW THEY ARE BLAZING FAST .BUT IT TAKES MANY HOURS ,BUT WORTH IT . THE ONE YEAR USE ON THREE COMPUTERS MAKES IT WORTHWHILE .

    This is the second of these I have owned as I have a home based business. This device does its job keeping your system free of viruses . The greatest part of it is that it scans your system without being logged on.

    A great second scanner for windows. Does not work on Microsoft Surface Pro.

    Did not work! Don’t get this one. It’s a waste of money. Scan took 20 minute just to initialize then 8 seconds to complete where the report stated 0 of 0 files scanned. E-mail to their site where they stated they would respond within 24 hours went unanswered for 8 days then only to tell me they were cancelling my help request. Not a good solution!

    Used this product on an old, slow PC. After going thru the loading process, then locating and eliminating five (5) viruses, my computer is much faster. Not sure if it is good as new, bc it’s so old I’ve forgotten, but it has to be close. Thank you.

    does not work on my Dell XPS laptop with windows 11. I tried several times and it would never complete a scan. I got a long email message from their support to reformat the stick and download a new os, it was way to complicated for me. so I just gave up on it

    Horrible, horrible, horrible! It never downloaded completely. Got stuck on the 3rd of 6 levels of downloading. At some point, it erased the WHOLE stick! I even tried a second computer, and nothing. It has a folder that’s labeled “scanner” but if you click on it, it says it’s empty. Unbelievable. I chatted online, but still didn’t work. Can’t return it. A whole 60 bucks gone. Never again. NEVER!!! Run from this product. It really is hit or miss. Unless you have money to toss around, you may get one of the bad ones and regret it. I should have listen to the guy working in the comp dept when he told me not to buy it. He told me to just go to the geek squad and have them look at my computer, but I read the reviews and took a 50 percent gamble, I lost in Vegas guys. Don’t do it.

    I use Norton’s and have for years. We were having an issue with a slow running laptop. Found a few viruses. The laptop seems to be running better. Overall, a very reasonably priced item that works as advertised. I would recommend it to anyone!
