I gave it one Star, because that the lowest it can go, This version of Fitbit scale is the very worst, you would Think, after years of have okay weighting Scales, that they would learn and get it right. But this scale doesn’t log your your weight in your Fitbit app automatically like Aria 2 , The Bluetooth Technology on this scale is Bad. Do Not Waste Your Money, Just buy anything except Fitbit Aria
DONALD –
says it tracks your bmi but you have to calculate and you enter
misleading ad
Sarah –
Works great. Seamless with fitbit app. But it does not require to have a fitbit account to use the scale. Genuinely good scale. Tells you the weight quickly.

This scale doesn’t always sync properly with the Fitbit watch.
Brody –
This is my second scale from this company and I was happy to be able to replace with the same make
AndrewG –
Won’t sync to my iphone. Not sure if the one I bought was defective, but judging by other reviews all over the web, there must be lots of defective ones. I’m fairly tech savvy, but I spent yoo much time trying to get this thing to work. I had the original Aria and it worked great for years until it disconnected from my app and now they no longer support it. This Aria Air is just garbage, unfortunately. Honestly, Fitbit should just go away at this point.
ChristineK –
Don’t waste your money! It works well when it works! However, it is always losing its sync with your watch and/or phone! And a real pain in the tuckus to reconnect!
HollieN –
This scale is awesome and it connects to your phone through blue tooth.
JtS1 –
I love it I just thought it also would do my Bodyfat
IsaacP –
Its not the worst device I have ever used. It would not stay connected to my phone (pixel 5a) and thus was returned after some frustrating troubleshooting. Basic features were missing like automated uploading of weight data.
I cannot recommend this to anyone.
Blenda –
This scale would not setup and Fitbit customer service was no help at all. Returned it.
Ciel –
Very easy to set up and nice to look at . It is a bit expensive for a scale so there is that to consider.
VerySad –
It clearly statesin the feartures that this scale measures BMI and it not. Very disappointed
Christina –
I tried everything to get this to connect to my phone. I deleted the FitBit app. Reinstalled it. Shut my phone down a lot of times. Rebooted everything and it didn’t work. Unfortunately I had to return it.
M1k3G –
Simple, straightforward machine. Quality at a decent price.
TimD –
Its a weight scale. Could be worse… it tells me im out of shape every time i step on it.
layzurguy –
great scale with good connectivity. Works perfectly with a fit bit. will connect to phones as well.
tycoon –
Syncs with the app easily. And its really nice looking for 50$

The product, despite the advertisements, will not sync with Bluetooth ever since Google took over Fitbit. Fitbit customers have made Google and Fitbit aware of the problem and Fitbit acknowledges the problem, but Google apparently doesn’t think fixing the problem is worth the time. The Aria Air has the functionality of a $15 scale you can get at Rite Aid. It will tell you what you weigh, nothing else. Do not purchase this product unless you enjoy wasting your money. If you are skeptical about any of my comments, go to the Aria Air support site and read the numerous complaints from customers. Fitbit knows this product does not work as advertised, yet continues to misrepresent it to the public. It’s consumer fraud.
RamonaA –
This is a great scale. Pairs up to my Fitbit and very accurate. I’ve had the scale sense Christmas time so about 9 months now still working on the same charge.
Merflblerf –
Finally I can lose weight without stressing over connecting to the scale every day.
MadelynP –
Would never sync with my phone via Bluetooth. Apparently an issue for many users. Called Fitbit, escalated my concern, never returned my call from escalation. Do not buy.
StevenL –
Works as described, calculates and sinks with Fitbit app and watch
AlexandraJ –
If you’re looking for a great way to help jump start your fitness goals Get this and get the app you will never disappoint yourself again.
Phone –
Without a doubt, this is the worst scale I have ever owned. Three people in my family got fluctuations on weight every single day by as much as a swing of 6# lost or gained. Best Buy has an awful return window of 15 days or you’d have to have some pink in their Geek Squad Department try to fix the issue. When they cannot, they will replace it with another subpar scale. It is going right in the trash!
JoshuaH –
Works well syncs to the app easily. Sleek design.
The quality feels nice
Will –
Setup was very simple. Always logs to phone when you have the fitbit app open. It has been a great help in tracking my weight loss.
Gill –
The idea of the tech is great and how it’s used with other Fitbit products. However, it’s ability to connect via Bluetooth is very frustrating. It connects and disconnects regularly or doesn’t at all. I love the concept so I returned the first one that was faulty and ordered a new one.
Sherry –
Light weight, quick and easy to use, units could be changed by swiping your finger on the small button thing on the back side in the middle.
Carol –
Love love love. Easy to use and pair. I love everything fit bit
Very modern looking
Seanrob –
A very straight forward scale that logs your data on the app, what else could you ask for?
Monitor –
Scale works fine but will not synic with the Fit Bit app. Fit Bit customer support is useless. Tried everytning they said to do with no luck. Since Google bought Fit Bit there are all sorts of technical issues. Purchased a new Charge 6 and is was very difficult to get it to pair. Fit Bit is just not the company it use to be.
MichaelB –
I was looking for a new scale and I found this one and I really like how it measures everything and uploads it to your fitbit account.
JimH –
This scale works great and being able to track you progress on the Fitbit app is very helpful.
JaneyJ –
I absolutely love this scale. All I have to do is step on it and it links directly to my fitbit to update my weight immediately.
DCole –
This is a perfectly good scale that does what its supposed to do. The problem is that I feel like it’s supposed to do more. The adjustable stand is nifty for uneven surfaces. It connects to my fitbit so that’s one less step. My issue is that it seems to be holding back on certain features that I was expecting out of the box. From what I read, it was supposed to show BMI amongst other information. Unless I haven’t tapped into a setting, I haven’t been able to use it for anything except weight. It’s kind of like looking at the blank buttons on a car; as nice as it is, you know that you’re missing some features. As disappointing as that is, at least it does its main job correctly.
Will –
I bought this back in November 2021, it worked great, until recently, in December 2023, it started to mess up, now when I step on it, the numbers on it go all over the place, I can’t get an accurate weight, I even tried resetting it a few times with no luck. Not worth the buy because it will malfunction after a few years.
JasonB –
Just get a cheap scale and add the information on the Fitbit app yourself. The scale literally only adds your weight and you have to buy the more expensive version to add more information automatically.
LamiaS –
Doesnt connect to anything. Shows weight. Very accurate.
Marc –
Great addition to my Fitbit watch. I like that I can easily track my weight by sync with watch.
