It is hard to find reviews on the F&P induction cooktops. Consequently, I had planned to buy Bosch, but when they were backordered everywhere I decided to purchase the 24″ F&P cooktop. I couldn’t be more pleased with it! You can put the pan anywhere in the square and it heats evenly. Both sides can be used as bridge units, though I find it just as easy to control them individually. I frequently use a large griddle across two of the side elements and it heats very evenly. Temp control is amazing from super high to gentle melting. Add on top of these the benefits of induction–instant temp control, more efficient energy use and a cool, easy to clean glass top and I just can’t understand why everyone isn’t going induction. People spend big bucks for “commercial gas” home ranges and I’d take this over gas “any day of the week and twice on Sunday.”

You only can use two zones at the same time. If you use more than two, it stop working well
