Does a pretty decent job. Pretty useful for light usage as the cooldown time is pretty long. Safety feature prevents it from turning on when removed from the bin. Does shred the credit cards easily.

Keep it oiled! It claims to shred 6 at a time; however, it works best shredding no more than 3 at a time just in case I’m the pages decide to fold up on themselves. It automatically turns itself off after 3mins to prevent over heating.

I put a paper bag in it to collect the shredded paper and I am soooooo happy not to be physically shredding all the mail envelopes, packing slips, etc. that arrive with my printed name and address that I don’t put in my recycle bin. Now everything gets recycled!
