I got this printer coz of how compact it is. It’s pretty small.. printing documents and using my ipad and iphone is a breeze. No need to plug it in to a computer.. with the device being compact the ink wont last as long.. i tried printing some photos at max color and at an 8×10 glossy paper and the ink only printed 10 photos after that i have to replace the colored ink.. its a printer so dont expect to scan any documents using this.. all in all im satisfied with the purchase.

I am not at all happy with this printer. I loved it because it fit nicely on the corner of my desk and was very convenient. For the first 6 months or so it worked great. But then it started to fail. It would not turn off. It had to be disconnected from the wall and wait for the battery to run down. Then when restarted, it would work for a few weeks, then same problem again. I have given up on it and will buy another printer. Plan to write to Epson and see if they will give me any compensation.

Before we used to go to the client’s home and do a pre-enrollment interview. Go back to the office and print the enrollment forms and contracts. Now we use this to print service start forms in client homes and finish enrollment in one trip. Works like a charm, small enough, light enough and comes with an included battery (Which surprisingly isn’t available or is an expensive option on other brand printers).

Not a reliable printer for on the go use. Either a mandatory update that wont let you print, ink replacement requirement when the cartridge is full… that wont let you print, or the ink waster cartridge is full or malfunctioned and wont let you print. If you print on the go in your car a power adapter to a regular printer is a way better option.

Impossible to print with. Doesn’t connect to your PC via USB. Sometimes works through the iPhone app. 9 out of every 10 times I try to print something (with full black and color ink cartridges) the printer prints out a blank page. Absolutely unbelievable and a complete rip off. I wanted a small printer to be able to print 1-2 pages at a time…this is an embarrassment and Epson should recall this product. Do not buy
