Well packaged and easy to setup. I use both Apple and Windows devices and both work fine with this scanner. I purchased this model to serve two purposes. The first was to autoscan different document sizes. The second was to quickly scan multiple sheet documents and to be able to search the resulting file. This scanner meets those needs. I am amazed how quickly it feeds and scans multiple page, two sided documents. In short, it meets my needs and I recommend it without reservation,

Had to convert a LOT of printed information into Excel spreadsheets – and the scanners on any of my “all-in-one” devices did not support “OCR” so none of them would do the trick – this little beauty did it – and it was amazingly simple and accurate!

This is by far the best scanner I have bought so far. It scans very fast and the option of having color scans can be removed. Easy to connect to the internet.

Scanner works well, scans quickly, and I don’t encounter errors nearly as often as I did with my ScanSnap scanner (or it’s software). I primarily scan single page documents need the front and back scanned into a single document from the autofeed tray. I have yet to find a way to do this with the Epson software and instead use Adobe Acrobat. I would still recommend this scanner as it has worked well so far otherwise.

Worked great straight out of the box. It easily connected to the network and the improved interface (download) is much faster to open and scan than the previous version from 2018. More detailed instructions regarding menu selections would have been helpful during initial use, but it didn’t take long to figure out.

I had to purchase a separate scanner because our Xerox machine is down. I went in to buyer a smaller unit, but purchased this Cadillac model and am so happy with it. It scans beautifully – pages are never crooked or messed up. It never gets jammed. Seriously, buy this machine if you have a lot of scanning to do – you won’t be sorry!!!

I’m a scanning addict. Wore out 3 Fujitsu’s. Thought I’d give Epson a try and can say the scan quality and speed are up to par, but would like to see a more programmable user settings. Other than that zero complaints.

Print quality is decent though it does not print full page bleed. The network connection of our family’s 4 devices is unstable, so we have to restart the printer to reboot more than we’d like to. (It may be due to an unstable internet connection, but we didn’t have the problem with our previous printer.) It’s also important to note, this model does not have copying or scanning capabilities. Regrettably, I would not purchase this printer again.
