    Instrcution manual wasnt clear and it took lot of time to figure out how to fit this to projector. Projector that we got have only 3 install joints in it which made it more harder but overall after installing it is very sturdy

    Best Buy recommended this when I bought the epson laser projector but when I checked the weight capacity it can’t support the epson laser projector that I bought so I had to return it. Rating with 1 star because if the Best Buy recommendation.

    Honestly this was a really good product. I am no handy man so had my uncle help me but he said it was cake. Looks very good and attracting and way better then having the projector on a table or anywhere else. I highly recommend this

    This Mount is way overpriced for what you get. I was replacing a cheaper mount to put on my Epson 5050 and it looked great out of the box but that is where it stops. The screws that hold your projector to the mount along with the other screws are an allen head with a nub in the center so you can not use a regular allen wrench. They give you 2 allen wrenches but the problem was the wrench would not fit the screws that hold the projector. So down to the hardware store to buy real metric allens to hold the unit together. I’m giving 2 stars because at least the base is beefy.

    The mount is awesome. It works with my Epson 2250 and it looks great. The projector on the other hand, doesn’t play certain channels (sports channels) through YouTubeTV. When you select TNT to watch a basketball game, the app crashes. Also, not compatible with Bose soundbar.

    This isn’t hers the job done! I upgraded from an Epson 3200 to Epson 5050 and it was a quick swap out. Highly recommend!!!

    I bought this and it didn’t fit where I needed it to buy it was outside the return window by the time of installation so I’m stuck with it.

    I bought it due to weight concern because of how heavy the Epson projector is. Turns out this thing is stupid overkill and is only going to fit in a place with voltage ceilings or something really crazy. The projector is almost a foot thick and this thing is going to add almost another foot so if you have 8 ft ceilings you’re looking at a projector hanging something like 6 ft from the floor which is going to be obnoxious if not people hitting their head on it, I would fall in the ladder category. This thing is clearly meant for businesses with high ceilings not home theaters or normal ceiling installations. This is due to poor engineering not the thing being overbuilt. The connection that makes it wayy too long is literally a piece of painted pipe with threading on both sides. The engineering is lazy. Buy something from anyone else, you are only paying for the name Epson on the box and it’s doubtful they actually made it.
