    I specifically bought this scanner for its WiFi capabilities and was totally let down. Even though the WiFi switch was on, it would intermittently advertise it’s SSID. Very poor designed product and being returned tomorrow for a refund. I’ll be buying a Fujitsu instead. BTW, a 43 year IT Professional and can setup WiFi in my sleep.

    Great purchase. My company requires copies of all expense related receipts. We can take images but I had to tape everything down flat so decided to scan instead. This unit was easy to setup. It’s small, light and faster than my desktop scanner. Handles all sizes of paper and feeds very easily.

    Is a very good scaner,my boyfriend is a truck driver and he needs it when he cant come to the office.we bought the 50 but it doesnt have wifi so we couldnt make it work and finaly we gor the 79.

    Seems like a great way to store your receipts but it does have some limitations.
    This will work for a small business that is mobile or work from home.
    You can and organize but the user interface does take aome getting used to. There is no way to separate invoices youve sent vs the bills youre getting easily.
    Its wirh getting on sale to offset the cost.

    Bought this as an upgrade for the Neat scanner that I’d had for years that stopped working. In some ways it’s better, it can scan faster, higher quality, colors, is wireless, the software is better (I didn’t use the Neat suite – just as a scanner to computer)

    Because its wireless it shuts off intermittently and you have to keep switching it back on if you’re not using it constantly. It also sometimes just disconnects from Bluetooth periodically between different file scans so you have to go back and relocate it in the connection window.

    As it is more advanced, finding the balance of quality/file size/speed takes some time but is worth it if you sometimes need high quality color scans or just quick receipt scanning capability.

    This worked beautifully for three months. One day the scan button just stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled software. Tried USB and wifi. Nothing. It does the initial paper grab when inserting a receipt and that’s all. No support available except advice to do the above. No way to receive warranty support.

    This scanner works great for what it is. We bought it to scan trading cards and it does that pretty well too. This being portable and wifi is just another plus and I might actually use it as a receipt scanner eventually. For now my son is just using it to scan and inventory his trading cards.

    It died on its 6th month birthday. I loved using the scanner specially because of its small footprint. But one day in the middle of a scan stopped working. I reinstalled it and nada. I’m not going to bother calling customer service at Epson. It will probably be a waste of time. It was great while it lasted.

    Light weight and i can have it on me ,when meeting up with customers. I have not used the other features but if you need to use thiis scanner for bookkeeping you will love the app that comes with it . Very happy with this purchase.
