    I find it does a very good job of scanning with clear letters and symbols.
    It is very fast compared to a flat bed scanner.
    Still working on a filing system if I use a flash drive to copy the documents to.

    This is an excellent addition to the office and making it easier to keep track of purchases and receipts. It definitely is a plus factor at tax time purposes. It’s nice to get products that is basically useable for all. Sadly we had to return, we couldn’t get good quality I internet connection to work it to its fullest extent. Once we figure that out, I am going to get another one.

    Like the speed, the one-pass double sided scanning and the auto straightening of documents (receipt may wander back and forth while being scanned, but software will straighten it out). Only wish there was a flatbed component for those impossible to auto-feed documents. Am not using on network, so can not speak of its ability to used on a ne

    Wow what can I say other then this is the worst use of money ive ever spent. Paid cash for it at Best Buy did not open it up for a few months. Too busy working and was using quickbooks app to scan witch is why i bought this. Finally try to set it up won’t link to QB, wont scan a long receipt, jammed several times. Waited to long to use it so i couldn’t return it and epsons customer service is worthless

    Good speed/throughput with nice resolution choices. Double sided skips blank sheet backs. Receipts feed well without always adjusting guides, and if somewhat askew, straightens the image. Size fits among other desktop devices, makes it reasonably portable to an alternate site if needed. Connects smoothly to network for use. Initial software setup worked, but a bit ‘in the dark’ regarding milestones in the load.

    Best Buy staff reasonably knowledgeable regarding this less than common item. Price was better than competing local stores.

    This document scanner has been a game changer for me. I am able to scan multiple receipts and documents at the same time, double-sided. I can either use the receipt/invoice manager software or save my documents as pdfs. Its not cheap, but its worth it.

    Im sure the quality of this is great but hastily purchased this once seeing its capability to save direct to usb storage without a PC and Best Buy spec page inficating hardware network connectivity. The device however does not have hardwired ethernet / network port. WiFi only. If I had done more research from other sources, I may have realized this was an error. For most people this will not matter but thought I should share..

    Having opened up a new business. Record keeping is of the utmost importance. I consider this unit a godsend. It expeditiously takes the receipts and puts them in the correct categories. Could ask for a better machine. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient unit.

    I was using a multipurpose printer/scanner at my office and the sheets began sticking together with scans. I bought this thinking it would scan better because that is it’s sole purpose and it does a great job. Fast scanning and good PDF images.

    Good machine. It works great for receipts. Easy to use. Many options for sending to digital storage. The software is good but I wish the OCR calculated all the receipts to a report with a scanned total. It’s an awesome tool for business.

    Works as described! Can scan 80+ pages in seconds and no glitch. Scanned document quality is pretty good. I found a good deal and BB customer service happily did price adjustment after 10 days. Cant ask for more!

    Most modern laptops,don’t have a CD player ant this scanner has a CD to load its software.
    Downloaded the software followed the on screen instructions, now stuck in the endless loop it cant find scanner run the trouble shooting program,did that , program says all fixed.
    Nope cant find scanner.

    If you have long receipts……you can forget it! It is not worth it.Just copy on a printer first then scan….only if you have time? Don’t waste two weeks, like I did before you realize this. Free99$ advice.

    Easy setup. Ink bottles convient but the is a residual amount that cannot be used. Good quality print. Bought to enable picture printing from phone. Need satisfied!

    Doesn’t function as well as my old Neat scanner. A little slow, and took a bit to figure out how to efficiently scan and upload to Neat. Not compatible if that’s what you’re looking for. Jams more often than I’d like. Otherwise, decent scanner.
