    Right product for the job. Very easy to use. The limitation on receipt length made a few of our 3 foot receipts a bit challenging. This is an exception to the norm, so overall this scanner works very well.

    Super easy and fast to install the web-based.
    Easy to navigate settings allow for multiple sheets to be manually fed to scan and save a file.

    This little guy is perfect for when I am going out of town or going to be out of the office for a day or so. I plug it in and scan what I need before it gets lost in my purse, car, house, etc. I did and still do have some issues with connecting sometimes, so that is my chief complaint. That does get frustrating. However, I am not 100% sure that it doesn’t have something to do on my end of it. Not frustrated enough to think it is not worth trying out

    As the treasurer for a small HOA I use this this to scan checks and receipts. It works good. Small enough to sit on the desk in front of my keyboard. I did need a USB extension cable to reach the computer. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks so I can’t say how long it will last. I’m pleased with it so far.

    It does the job fairly well.

    The quality of what your scanning definitely is degraded in the process.

    For me it’s receipts. So try to do them as soon after as you can.

    Easy to use and set up. My experience is only with USB data, although wi-fi is also supposed to be available. The scanner seems to work quite well for single sheet and receipt scanning. I haven’t tried a photo. The instructions call for a special sheet protector when scanning damaged paper, but said protector was not available via the link given. Perhaps the sheet for another model works, but I could find none that listed this model. The instructions also advise using the original packing material when traveling, which doubles or triples its volume. This perhaps indicates that it isn’t rugged enough for frequent travel, a shame because it is also very compact. A final note, there is no on-off switch, so the scanner must be unplugged from its USB port to turn off the power.

    Very light to carry in bag, have to download a file to any computer you want to use it on. Once download is complete, it is super simple to use. Connect USB to computer, tug the document in the corner of scanner, press the button, once scan is complete (scans quickly) , press Next button in screen, and choose where to save image . That’s it ! I asked my husband’s granddaughter to help me scan receipts . She is 5. ☺️

    Worked great at first. Didn’t use it for a few weeks and when I went to use it, I had issues with it connecting to my computer. Had a hard time getting technical assistance. They helped me get it working again but now every time I go to use it I have to do the same processes the Tech had me do to make it work. I find it very annoying.

    Reliable mobile receipt scanner that uses the same Epson receipt software as their bigger scanners. Would be nice to have an RR scanner with both duplex and USB connectivity but I can keep most of my double sided scanning until I get home and use my RR-600W.

    Bought this for our company in order to keep receipts in a much more organized place. Works great, I downloaded the system to my laptop and scanned all of my receipts in one day! Definitely recommend getting it if you need to keep track of your receipts for tax purposes.

    Plug and play. Used it to scan multiple files. Ran one page in at a time and it went thru and i aimed it to a basket for disposal. If i had one complain is the cord is on same side as button to push for scan. If you are holding it up and put paper in it the push button and cord are next to each ither so it does get a bit in the way

    I bought this mainly to scan pictures and family documents. Hubby is going to use it for receipts. It’s very lightweight and is easily moved from my desk to his.
    It is FANTASTIC for scanning. Absolutely love how fast I can get them scanned. Scans in color or black and white.
    For the reciepts, equally as fast,
    The software though I thought was going to make charts, etc. That is not the case. Not sure if I missed that in the description? But anyway, you need to export it into software that can make the charts, etc. And that’s the only reason I didn’t 5 star it.
