Rooo –
Great printer, only thing there’s no fax features.
JudyL –
It is compact. Photo images come out crisp.
Sales associate helped me get it to car,
Luke –
Firmware update made it impossible to use non-Epson ink cartridges.
Nathan –
All in one laptop, good for a small business and even better for home use.
AngelicaM –
Awesome printer, I would recommend this for sure !
KhalidA –
Really good printer worth every penny prints really clear
Dana –
Very easy to use, but seems to print slow. Does have good printer quality.
TerryM –
Printer is average for the price. No bells and whistles here but I guess you get what you pay for. Wish I would have bought something better.
ShirleyB –
Easy to use and operated ink is a little high but lasts a while.
Ych24 –
Greatly made product. Never had an issue with printing anything.I have used it plenty times for my projects and kids birthday parties. Only thing I did wish was that it would take thicker card stock. Other than that no other complaints.
Cheernva –
Worst printer ever. Constant network error messages and so slow! A complete waste of money. Save yourself a headache and a waste of $150!
SallyA –
Great printer works well and colors are great would recommend
JaneW –
Great Printer. Setup is smooth and easy to follow. Quality prints. Helpful display. It looks sleek in my home office. Excited to use this product more!
JohnL –
Love my new printer. Works great, beautiful pictures.
CatherineY196467 –
I have to say that once I/we , thanks to learned how to correctly use this copier, thanks to Paul from the geek squad, we’ve not been happier
SharonL –
Easy to set up overall & easy to connect to my wi-fi router / gateway. Have been able to print full size letter pages as well as photo paper sizes without difficulty, just loaded the photo paper on the upper tray and hit print. Quality of output was great! The amount of ink included in the “set up” cartridges is plenty to do the set up and moderate amount of printing. I have been using mine for over a month now, still using the initial set up ink. Very happy with this purchase. Only thing I miss is the multi page document feeder.
MattC –
Convenient to use and functions well.
Quality of pics are nice
Gery –
Bought this printer because it has independent cartridges for each color, and for black. I almost only print in black.
After about 40 pages printed, black cartridge was empty. I replaced it. 3 printed pages later, all the colors went from half full, to empty. When empty, it stops printing. Remember: I almost never print anything with colors.
I opened one of the color cartridges (it’s difficult and messy): it’s full of ink. Really, FULL!
They added on each cartridge a microchip, each time you print a page it decrements the counter. Even if no ink was used. So it’s stupid to have independent cartridges for colors if they all go empty at the same time, even when they are still 90% full of ink.
And one pack of cartridges costs more than the printer itself.
Several times, I couldn’t print something, because the printer told me there was no ink, when in fact the cartridges were FULL of ink. By full I mean more than 90% full!
Just not acceptable.
There is absolutely no way to bypass this.
Well, you can buy microchips (not from epson of course), remove the chips on the cartridges, and replace them. Which is a little tricky, but extends the life of the cartridges by A LOT.
Also I had a power outage once, the next time I needed to print, it took 25 minutes to be able to print something: it had to clean the print heads 5 times, 4 minutes each time.
In the end, this printer is EXTREMELY expensive, considering all the expensive ink you have to buy (when there is still lots of ink in each cartridge), and it is very unreliable.

The best printer, even for the pictures are amazing
AnnoyedPurchaser –
This printer operates erratically at best, prints poorly, wastes paper, suffers from an incredibly obtuse manual that rarely actually matches the printer’s behaviour. The typeface and icons on its tiny display are virtually unreadable even with reading glasses. Poorly made, poorly executed, and an incredibly poor value for the money. Also the ink is blisteringly expensive.
DebraP –
We purchased an EPSON EXPRESSION XP-6100 on Feb 18, 2023 and it is completely dead as of Sept. 6, 2023. Won’t turn on. It’s made of cheap, flimsey plastic so we probably should have known it was junk. We paid $189.99 for junk.
David –
Gives fairly good color quality but many steps involved in adjustments
AleciaaW –
I purchased to help with color printing needs and photos for school and other home projects. Works well. I’m happy with the purchase overall.
hpprinterink –
Was a little difficult to set up, but good value for the money
StuartH –
Will not handle stiff photo paper,. Ink goes extremely quick. per the add on sales. Does well as far as quality of Photo and Black and White using color mode. When printing using b and w setting, the colors are on the blue side of black, Other than this it seems like a very good printer over all.
CD70 –
If I could this this piece of garbage no stars I would. Don’t bother with it. Constantly needing firmware updates and you have to clean the print head every. Single. Time. You use it. It won’t print if it needs an update, so if you’re in a hurry you are out of luck.
Daniel –
Good quality, especially for printing color photos. User-friendly operation (cable & remote). Moderate ink consumption.
Dyson –
Great photo quality for professional finishes. Printed from the digitals.
Woof –
Don’t like the fact the display isn’t a touch screen but overall a decent printer. Do like the compact design.
MaryM –
This printer works easily, plugged into my laptop, just need to use my mobile hotspot.
savvyshopper –
The price they had for this last Black Friday was great so I bought it. But then the 7100 actually went on sale for the same price ($100 off!) so I brought this back before I opened it.
KaraM –
This printer is easy to set up, print out is excellent and the printer doesn’t take up a lot of room. Great price and quality. So far, so good!
AndresN –
Good printer for the house and easy to use. the ink ran out a little fast but i think it was because it was the ink that came with it.
SafiataG –
Nice printer, i love everything about this product but the only thing / issue we really have hard time to set it up
JonnyB –
Great product but I changed it for a big one because my office got bigger
DawnS –
I bought this on sale. Saved $90. Ths printer woeks really well. I needed a wireless printer that was simple and this is perfect for that.
Sasha –
I really enjoy having this printer it connects very well with all of my devices including my phone. Printers very clear without smudges.
Badhabitsz –
Got this for my work and
It’s been working like a champ
Dianna –
It really works well. I should have upgraded sooner.
Rkramer –
We needed a compact printer for a certain job, this worked perfect, print quality great
GenaW –
The Epson XP-6100 is the printer version of The Little Engine that Could! After the Brother that I’d had for a decade quit, this petite printer seemed almost flimsy. BUT.. IT IS AMAZING! I had to manually flip my cardstock to get two sided prints for Christmas cards, but that was easy – and the quality was like I’d get at a pro shop. It’s quick, the interface is easy to use. Highly recommended, by a woman who is persnickety about her prints!
MaryM –
Can’t set envelope sixe. Have to print by paper size.
Annie –
Easy to setup and use, prints and scans with ease.
CarlosH –
So far im loving it. Easy to use and the wireless feature is great
user535275 –
Easy to use. Great for small places. Only downside of being smaller is the ink cartridges are also smaller so have more on hand if going to print a lot of pictures. The print quality for pictures is excellent.
RCL13 –
As described easy to set up and use. Small doesn’t take up too much space.
ARFEDDI –
The Epson 6100 XP exhibits a mix of strengths and weaknesses. While its printing capabilities are commendable, reports of occasional hardware issues and software glitches raise concerns about its overall reliability. Users may want to exercise caution, considering both its positive features and potential technical challenges before making a purchase decision.
Hamlet –
It is very effective and perfect for low-volume home printing/scanning. Lack of features like a tray (for scanning multiple pages), zoom-in and zoom-out copy, and 8 1/2″ by 14″ printing and/or copying.
HEGN –
After owning the printer for four months, I had to make four phone calls and send five emails with photographic evidence in order to get Epson to replace our black ink cartridges because the initialization cartridges that came with our print never initialized the printer. This took over a week because I had to wait for Epson’s response each time, and then had to wait another five days for the cartridges to actually arrive. Terrible customer service. We will not buy another Epson.
BooDrocker –
sI was able to install the device correctly on the first try.
