This printer is amazing and very easy to setup and start using. Went to EPSON site and downloaded the driver/utilities and started installation. While that was downloading and installing I unpacked the printer and setup according to instructions that were included. I have reviewed 4 different EcoTank printers and this is by far the best one.
This printer is very fast when printing and copying. The best feature in my opinion is the automatic tray when printing. I have tried to print remotely using other printers but my documents would not print due to the output tray being pushed in while I am away from home.
There are so many options to customize printing, scanning, copying and faxing. Another great feature is uploading all scans to FTP which I use to organize documents and old photos on my NAS Device.
Honestly I will never use any other printer after using the EPSON EcoTank printers. I am hooked… the ink is affordable. The overall product is amazing. Every EcoTank I have used has been so easy to setup, use and maintain that I will never use another brand. I am sure everyone heard and said the same thing in the past which is “the ink is so expensive you might as well buy a new printer”. Finally EPSON has figured out how to fix that with the EcoTank printers.
One thing I would like to mention is the dimensions to make sure you have the space because this is a very big printer. H-19″ W-21″ L-38″.

This printer is great for printing EVERYTHING. The colors are always consistent with every print. The colors are extremely vibrant and dry immediately. I love using this printer for “print and cut” t-shirt making. I use a lot of ink when I make my custom t-shirts, and with this printer it seems like it doesn’t use as much ink as a ink cartridge printer would.
Not only is this printer great with color, but also extremely fast printing. The setup was very easy. I love how there are multiple trays for paper. You can put one type of paper in one tray and a different type in a different tray. The screen display is huge and the fax numbers are on the side which is awesome and very convenient when sending faxes. I also like how you can see the level of ink for each color.

I am really enjoying trying out my new Epson EcoTank Pro ET-16600 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer. It was extremely easy to set up. I was able to connect, download and install the printer drivers very quickly. The directions for how to unpack and set up the printer and ink were very easy to follow. There were plenty of color coded visuals and steps with notes and tips to help place everything in easily and securely. The only issues I had during setup were that the printer is quite large and needed a good sized space to fit, and the tank cover was a bit stuck when I initially tried to open it, but seems to open more easily now that I did open it once. I enjoyed opening the bottle cap of the inks, inserting it into the port, and watching the ink pour into the tank. They did warn that the tank would look less full after priming the printer, and it really did look a lot less than it did initially. I am excited to see how long the printer ink lasts since I will be printing quite a bit on it now.
I am excited to try every one of the new features that is included on this printer as well. It does everything from printing to scanning, faxing, copying, and customizable printing. It even had programs for photo editing included in the downloadable software. I am enjoying that feature for editing some pictures I have scanned. I also feel that the printer is nice and quiet, prints quickly, and the color seems to be pretty good so far. I am also pleased with how affordable the ink is now that I have this printer. It will be so much better and much cheaper to replace compared to any printer I have ever owned in the past.

This printer has been amazing. The Epson Eco-Tank ET-16600 all-in-one printer has been exceeding all my expectations. This machine is a “beast” it can handle all of my printing, scanning, and copying needs. (It also can fax, but I do not have a fax #)
Set up was easy. We set the printer up wirelessly. We were up and running in 20 minutes. We have printed, copied and scanned and it is so much faster then any of our old printers. The scanning options were impressive too. Before it scans to your computer, a features box pops up so you scan in any format that you wish. As someone who has been scanning documents for years, I found that exciting. 🙂 It makes scanning much more streamlined, saving me time and aggravation.
I also print coupons. In the past, the stores have had a hard time with scanning some of the codes due to lines from my old printer. I have not had any trouble since using this Epson Eco-tank. My coupons print clean and neat.
Another great feature is how the paper tray handles. On our old printer, the tray had to stay out or the paper would fall to the floor. It was also a place our cats wanted to sit. But now with this Epson, the tray stays closed. When you send something to the printer the tray automatically comes out to hold the paper. No more worries about cats breaking the tray of papers landing on the floor.
I can keep going on… I also make booklets for work from home. This printer handles the 11 x 17 paper that I use. It also duplexes, so it is handling all my work needs as well as my home needs.
Overall, this is a winner. We (my wife and I) both love the print quality, the scanning options, and the ease of coping 2-sided. Installing the ink was impressive also. The ink is in special capped bottles. No mess when you turn it upside and lock it into place. Easiest ink replacement I have ever done.
I will be doing a lot of printing, while saving money on ink replacements. I would recommend this printer for anyone that does a lot of various printing jobs.

Was bought for a medium sized office that we print often in. It works great and hardly uses any ink! It prints beautifully and is easy to set up. We still haven’t even figured out all the different options and settings in it, but have loved everything so far. I did have an hardware issue with the first printer, but Epson was quick to send out a replacement, so i feel like it was just a fluke and doesn’t take away anything from the printer itself.

The best printer I’ve ever had. Slightly complex for the normal user especially if you are going to fax and scan regularly but still worth all the money. My one problem is that it can be a little slow especially when printing in color but the ET 16650 has faster color printing at the same resolution for an extra $300. Honestly, this printer works well and does everything it says it will do in the easiest way. Well worth the money, just make sure you have a good place to put it because it is a little bigger than most printers and to fully use the capabilities it should be out of the way and not blocked from any side or from above.

Epson needs to go back to the drawing board with this crap. This is the second Epson EcoTank Pro I’ll be returning because it starts printing super slow then it stops printing all together within less than 4 months and less than 200 prints completed. First, return was the EcoTank Pro Et-16650 returned, ordered the 16000 in May 2021, takes forever to print until it won’t print at all. Now, I know people will think it’s me internet connection, but no it’s not. I have 3 other printers, and other devices that work fine everytime I power them on. It’s the garbage that doesn’t deserve to have Pro anywhere near it’s name. Would not recommend! Save your money and invest time in looking further than this garbage.

Love these printers. Great quality and replacement ink is actually affordable. However, to get decent speeds in the Ecotanks, you have to get high end models that are very expensive. Low end models are very slow.

The printing in color or traditional black ink on white paper is good. Printing is a breeze from my iPhone or laptop using Wi-Fi. No jams needed to be removed or anything maintenance related. However I find out that I couldn’t print in 13×19 at all. The biggest print I can do is 11×17. For the price point I should be able to get a bigger print sheet size which is con. The printing speed is moderate but not fast.

It works for me!!! Sometimes it may mess up a bit during printing but for the most part it gets the job done. I love the different sizes of paper you can use and the multi trays. I use it for business so I use a lot of ink and I am just now replacing the ink from when I purchased the printer I just got more cuz I don’t want to run out. I’ve been using the printer for a month now and it’s been fantastic. The prints are of high-quality and come out perfectly. Although it’s not the fastest, it still gets the job done efficiently. As for the ink usage, I haven’t been able to determine it accurately yet, but it appears to be quite efficient. a plus is the two trays which I can use for tabloid paper and regular letter size paper I don’t have to be changing everytime. end result is a great printer for its size and price.

This was easy to set up and I love the print features. It’s sizable but that’s to be expected. I like that the upper paper tray pops out when it begins to print and love that there are multiple trays. I also like the thoughtful touches like a acoger for when the tray is extended to fit larger paper.
It seems to be a good printer so far (I’m a teacher, and I like that I’ll be able to print larger formats), but I’m a bit concerned about several factors.
1. A lot of the ink “disappeared” after the ink charging process.
2. The software threw my MacBook Pro camera out of whack (I have since uninstalled the software so I’m not sure how things will go now).
3. The black print quality seems a bit faded.
I’m new to Epson so I hope this tankless printer will suit my printing needs going forward – without being too pricey. The free ink (through reimbursement from Epson) for two years is also a great bonus.

It’s little bigger than the photo I thought it was the same size as Epson 4750 model. Only issue is when the electric goes out it loses the WiFi connection to every device and you have to reconnect all the devices. Just note please use recommended ink because the ink can spill if you don’t use the right one this one has grove specific color ink which you fit in and let it gravity fill your printer. This printer will take more than one bottle of each color to fill for the first time and will use a little more ink to prime the printer. I like Epson printer’s the ink is more reliable and cheaper than toner or other ink cartridges. I believe eco tank last longer and less messy if you use recommended ink this printer recommends 542 my old printer used 502 which is compatible but you would have to hold it down to fill and you are taking a chance for spills
