    So far, so good. Ive only had this printer for a month now but it’s definitely doing it’s job. Its pretty quick and prints out pretty good quality. As of right now my opinion is. It is worth the money to buy this printer if you’re not using it for professional printing jobs.

    Super easy to set up and use. I bought this for my elderly mother and even she thought the process was fairly simple. PS – She lives in a neighborhood with older homes and they don’t have fast internet like Fios …. And even with her terrible wifi this printer is great! I love the eco tank system. Appears super easy and straightforward. Definitely recommend!!

    I like this printer. I wish it would print double-sided, but other than that, I really like the convenience of being able to copy, scan, and print with this machine. The quality is good. It prints envelopes nicely, too. I like it that I can also print from my iPhone to this printer. My old printer did not print well from a Mac. This printer prints very good quality from my Mac. I’m very happy with this printer so far.

    Had for about a year. Worked ok. Then the ink pad needed replacing so I did. Then the chip needed to be updated. The program won’t work and so neither will my printer.

    Purchased this one year ago and the print quality had been good. Then it started giving a paper jam error and this has been a constant problem. There has never been a paper jam, it starts to print and then stops mid-page and displays a paper jam error. I went through all the steps to clean the print nozzles, followed all the directions to “clear” a paper jam, etc. but, as I said, there was never a paper jam.
    We eventually gave up and purchased a new machine so the money spent on the ET-2800 and the new batch of ink, was a waste. $500 later, we have a new printer on board with a replacement warranty. I’m hoping we will not have a repeat issue.

    Forget printing envelopes. The printer settings don’t even have a setting for envelopes unless you go into the menu on the printer itself. Then you still can’t get it to orient the envelopes the way Epson tells you to load them. Worthless printer.

    Bought this printer in Dec. but got it installed on Jan. 23, 2024, had too many other things going on. Install was quick and easy, took about 20-25 minutes for the printer to go through all the processes. Final printout was right on, no problems. Like the idea of no more small cartridges to buy, this “ECO tank” is the way to go, it’s my second printer with this feature, had the other one for 4 years with no problems, just wanted to update.

    The image that comes out of the printer is amazing. It was a bit tricky to get the printer to connect to my wifi but that was more of a user error than a printer one. All in all would buy it again for regular use

    It seemed to work fine in the beginning but after the first few days of operation it began to print grid lines so I reinstalled as that is what is said to do and same thing after a short same issue

    Set up was a little tricky. The app didnt work. I had to do it in the face screen of the printer. Other than that it works beautifully. Prints great! Adding the ink into the refill containers is extremely easy. Definitely worth the money.

    I ordered this printer to replacean Hp that was dying and costing a small fortune in ink cartridges. I decided to go with the unk tank version because of reviews and suggestions. Ordered from Best Buy on line and it was delivered the next day. Unpacked the printer and let it sit over night. I live in Wisconsin and when the printer got here it was extremely cold. The next morning I downloaded the Epson app and set up the printer. I also hooked the printer to two phones and two computers with no issues.
