    I love my Epson printer that has separate cartridges for the color ink as well as the black ink! I print so much more in black than I do in color that having to buy just the black ink actually saves me money. And so easy to install even my grandkids can change the ink cartridges! Great product.

    I ordered this on bestbuy.com because I realized I would soon run out of ink and would need to replace it shortly. I ordered it about 6 weeks before my cartridge was actually depleted. After I replaced the empty cartridge and installed the new one, my printer indicated that the ink level was about half full. This is a brand new cartridge and is supposed to be FULL!
    I contacted Best Buy customer service and explained, but was denied a replacement because it was past the 30 days return policy. I’ve been a Best Buy customer for over 20 years, and this is the customer service they provide? WOW! Shame on you Best Buy! I’ll be purchasing all my future ink from another company.
    VERY DISSATISFIED! Beware to anyone when purchasing ink from Best Buy!!!
