    This capture card has been reliable and fairly easy to use, the software could be more user friendly, but pretty much plug and play.

    It works, but there is a glaring issue when playing a game with this in your machine. It blue screens, and enough to make it not feasible to leave in your pc if not using. The drivers are terrible. Might as well go for the external one.

    It works really well. The software just needs a no delay projector just like exists in OBS. I also had some minor occasional issues where device can’t detect the source and needed to be restarted.

    I have an Elgato Game Capture HD, Game Capture HD60, and now the 4K60 Pro. The 4k60 Pro records flawlessly. Haven’t experienced any lag or temporary app not responding issues. It simply works the way i expected it to. Just like the rest of Elgatos capture cards. I built my pc so installation was a breeze. Plug and play.

    Works great, easy to install. Looks great. Just very annoying that I have to constantly disable the HDCP setting on the Ps5 any time I want to use it. Not really an issue with the capture card itself but everything else is great with it.

    It helped my Stream setup for Twitch. I was only putting out 1080p 60 with my original connector, but now cuz of this AMAZING tool. I was able to use my 4k Camera to push out 60 frames per second while I’m streaming

    This device is easy to use just plug in to the computer, connect the hdmi to console and monitor and your set to record/stream. This device feels very high quality right out of the box so you know you wont get no plastic or cheap material.

    If you are looking for a capture card that is easy to use and just as easy to set up grab this capture card for your PC. Literally just plug and play. If you are having issues with it make sure you download the EL GATO software for it. If you are still having issues with your set up make sure you have the correct HDMI cords for your correct resolution to your monitor to avoid tearing. I highly recommend pairing this though with a 4K monitor and 4K capable HDMI cords.

    Enabled me to stream pretty nicely compared to before without it, the only issue i run into is my screen resolution getting messed with since it only runs a certain fps and res. But other than that i reslly cant complain much! Enjoy it

    After weeks of trying every which way and on chat support with el gato was no use to me I was using it for ps5 to pc and had no luck I installed correctly everything but on the software on my pc it wouldn’t capture the console even with all the correct settings turned off

The card is designed to offload the encoding work from your gaming PC to another, ensuring smoother performance during live streaming. Since I don’t have a second PC, I couldn’t utilize this feature to its fullest potential.

    The Elgato 4K60 Pro is, without a doubt, an outstanding piece of technology for streamers and content creators who require the highest video quality. Its performance, ease of use, and build quality are top-notch. However, for single PC users like myself, it might not be the most practical investment. If you have a dual-PC setup and are looking to elevate your content creation game, this capture card is undoubtedly one of the best in the market. But for those who don’t, you might want to consider other options more suited to a single-PC environment.
