I wanted a lens cleaning product that would clean a cd player lens, but this is not the product for this cleaning function. The product states that this cleaning disc could be used for cleaning any laser lens, but there are no instructions for cleaning a cd player of any type.

This product is GREAT for all DVD/BlueRay players. Only one issue. The Best Buy in Las Cruces did not have this product in stock. Had to order it and wait 4 days. This product is TOO good to not have in stock.

It didn’t work several attempts and I still have no Blu-ray bought this Best Buy’s online it’s saying it was the best you had well it didn’t work!!

Product doesn’t work. I bought it to use in a portable DVD player that quit playing DVD’s and it wouldn’t load. I also tried using it in my laptop’s DVD drive to see if it was the product or just the portable DVD player and it wouldn’t work/load in my laptop either. I sent it back for a refund. Don’t waste your time and money on this product; it is junk!!!

This disc cleaner that was suppose to work in a dvd player only played the start up and then gave a circled red X and wouldn’t do anything, tried several times…same results!

Took a look of the CleanDrx disk to clean my DVD player and said no way. The disk had glue on the brushes which may harm my DVD player. Use the Digital Innovations DVD player cleaner at your own risk. Will order the other brand on the Best Buy web site. Best Buy essentials laser lens cleaner is far better.
