Purchased for xmas ’23, had to return it to Best Buy due to inability to connect to bluetooth headphones, Denon did not have a solution, was told by Denon to reset to factory specs, that did not work. Purchased a second unit directly from Denon, and the second unit connects to bluetooth headphones, but no sound comes out from bluetooth headphones, was told by Denon to unplug unit..wait 60 seconds and plug unit back in. That works, except you have to unplug the unit EVERY TIME. Seems like Denon has a bluetooth transmitter issue. Very disapointed , especially with the cost of this unit
