I think this is a very good product the connections are labeled an easy for speaker wires and wireless hookup. But, easy ends there, the online manual isn’t that helpful as far as explanations of what does what or what to do for sound improvement. I am still trying to find EQ settings as it appears they are all preprogrammed channels and no manual adjustment for EQ, Just playing around with it I got it to sound pretty good. But it took a lot of time and reading & tweaking to get there. The remote is only useful for sound as it didn’t integrate with the TV remote ?
I need to do more research and tweaking. To arrive at it’s optimal performance parameters.

Not fully set up yet, but so-far-so-good; it’s a keeper. One word of caution: If it is to be used to power a sub-woofer, begin set-up using a low level and volume, then adjust gradually as necessary.

I need to use the radio but I cannot manually pre-set certain desired radio stations. The Manual procedure, for manually presetting “the Current Broadcast Station” instructs at p 81 step 4 to…” Use cursor Up/Down to select the channel you want…” But the cursor will not go below 92.3 Mhz and does not allow any pre-set stations below 92.3 Mhz, where most of the stations I need are located.

Love this Denon product . This is 2nd Denon Amp I have bought in 20 yrs. The sound is very clean . The system practically sets its self up. Internet radio , FM, phono input, Thumb drive input . What else do you need for playback options…and a ton of HDMI inputs .

Awesome receiver. I sent back a Pioneer due to connection issues and got this one instead. No issues and the sound is so clear, no need to go to movies now.

Was going to upgrade my home system, had a older denon, so I patiently waited for the 2023 model to come out so when the 770h came out I waited till Black Friday sale. Bought, took home, hooked up and went through all the procedures which takes time and lots of work. After using it for several weeks I could not get it to come on with the TV, I had to manually turn the TV speakers to receiver 7 speaker system, and would not do it automatically. I’m sure not explaining this but believe me I’ve owned half dozen surround systems and know what I want. The operating system has changed in the 770h vs my old 1500h. After wrestling with receiver I finally gave up and took back. Customer assistance weather geek or denon has been severely degraded, I’m sure due to COVID. Even though my 1500h also gave me hiccups it works way better than the new denon models. It’s sounds and work satisfactory.

Deent reciever and love the atmos but it recently just started blacking out with video on both the apple tv and the xbox after not having any issues with it. Tried swapping cables and everything – i think something is wrong with the HDMI board and it’s a shame because I just got this a few weeks ago.

Streaming music is easy and watching movies is just as good as going to the theater. Running with all Klipsch speakers 7.1 setup
