    The computer that this battery is for was bought at a Best Buy almost 10 years ago, the only problem is that it is only 10.8 V, the battery in it before was 11.4. I don’t understand why. But it was the only one available for my model. It works fine, so I’m not complaining.

    I am still waiting for a refund since returning it.
    I conditioned the pack per instructions.
    I got only 2 hours of continuous use before it went down. The OEM pack I replaced got over 4 in the beginning.
    I would have given it 0 stars but I accidentally clicked on 1 and couldn’t reverse the action.

    I had Geek Squad replace the battery for me so the charging system could be checked out. The battery has been working as expected for about a week. The previous replacement from another vendor was inconsistent in performance. This battery works perfectly and I am surprised a replacement was still available for such an old Laptop.
