I truly wonder if this product is safe to use. I intend to take it back – do not buy this from anyone.

Does not charge my laptop to 100%. Charges too slow and at power saver. Could be connections not connecting or bad design that does not put out enough amps. My other systems ac power adapter that puts out lower than specified amps does a better job.

I checked with a BB tech before purchasing this unit and gave details regarding my laptop and my current power adapter. I was assured that this Denaq was the appropriate adapter. It isn’t, wouldn’t fit socket on my laptop. I had to return it and go directly to Dell. I trusted BB and wasted time! Break down ratings are based on if it were the correct unit.
