    AC/DC adapter charger for Asus Laptop did NOT fit Now I need adapters

    My power cord broke, and there were no AC Adapters available for my Asus. The geek squad gave up and could not solve the problem.. Nothing would fit except the one they had to use at their desk. Finally, a salesperson at Best Buy ordered this one for me as it was the correct voltage and had a tip that would fit. There is one tip in the kit that will plug into my laptop but I have to wiggle it around and prop it up to get the light to come on my computer. Then, it will charge. It is strange to me that a person cannot buy the exact power / charger cord that came with the Asus. I even contacted the factory, and they sent me one which would not work. I am thankful to have this adapter which will allow me to charge my laptop even though it is not a good fit.

    I ordered this online because it was not in the stores. It did not work so I took it Into the store and was told that they usually don’t work. I was cry disappointed because the length of time I had waited. I ended up getting a charger off of Amazon and it was cheaper also.

    i purchased this as a backup and if needed travel companion for my ASUS – 14.0″ Laptop – Intel Celeron N4020 – 4GB Memory – 128GB eMMC – Pink which i recently purchased and it does not work. i would not refer for this type of ASUS although it may work on another version but not mine

    Was not the right one was not comparable to what came with my laptop and did not work. 2 different salesmen told me it would work and waited for over a week without a charger and so obviously couldn’t use a 5 month old computer with no charger.

    My Asus laptop power supply (AC adapter) stopped working. It took awhile to find one that would work with my laptop. Unfortunately the newer laptops have a different connection. The universal AC Adapters didn’t work either. The adapter I bought works great. Shipping was quicker than website stated. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Bought for Asus X200 CA laptop: did not work out of the box, connector plug was right shape but to lose, BB had Asus OEM cord that worked first try. D in Denver

    I am big fan of Dell and Asus products and uses both computers simultaneously; I make sure that I normally buy a ac adapter that is 2 piece rather than a full wired piece because of its prone to break easily than the two piece. I love this cord it works fantastice, but the only problem I have with it its cord length is not long enough. Other than that I love it.

    I needed a charger for my ASUS laptop. The store only had a pricey one with 9 tips, so the sales person said he could order me one with a better price. It arrived, but the tip was too small to make a good power connection. So I was sent the wrong charger for my laptop. It showed that there was power in the charger, so I am sure that if it were the right size, it would work fine.
