    Makes a great cup of coffee but I have two issues. The water container isn’t big enough. The descaling and change filter lights came on after about 3 weeks, I descaled and changed the filter and theyre both on again after 3 weeks… doesn’t sdeem right

    This machine is simply not good, poor instruction manual. It is not capable of making 2 drinks back to back. I wake up turn the machine on let it flush the lines, try to make an espresso and the dreaded exclamation mark appears!! Too much of a hassle, I called delonghi at first they are like “grind settings need to be a certain way” not written in the manual. Honestly don’t buy this machine, it’s not worth the headache.

    I was looking for a fully automatic espresso machine with a milk frother. The DeLonghi was on sale, so I went with it over the Phillips. I bought my machine in July 2023 and by September I was having to send the entire machine to DeLonghi to get the milk frother serviced. At times the milk frother will spit and spew steam and no milk comes out. In September when I sent it in the machine wouldn’t register that the milk frother was attached, but it would register the hot water attachment. DeLonghi’s ticket system is extremely slow, and each response from them takes DAYS.

    We have been using every day for the last 1.5 months. I love the taste of its latte. It helps me to start the day positively ☺️ I am not a big fan of strong coffee, thus I go with milk options, the smell and texture are amazing. Yes, I do prefer to have my coffee at home instead of buying from the shop.

    I love how it is so fast in the mornings when I am going to work. We currently have this super automatic and a manual one and the manual one can be hit or miss. The 4 stars is because of course it doesn’t come close to an actual espresso manual machine but the ease of use is what most people get it for. Good for milk drinks but espresso by itself is ok.

If you love espresso’s as much as my family and I do, you will want to treat yourself to this amazing machine. I ordered this during the Black Friday sale, and had it delivered to my house (which was quickly done).

    Love making the automatic coffees with the push buttons and have started trying some more advanced recipes- and that makes the EVO even better! One complaint – the milk frother was not working but I found a fix on the internet – place a white napkin over the sensor when using milk and it has been working like a charm ever since. If you like coffee drinks I think you would enjoy this. Before I made my purchase I checked on many different brands and this kept getting great reviews

    The machine was installed per the guidelines. However, it gave an error to clean the device internally before using again, even if that was the only time we tried to pour coffee. Have to take it now to Best Buy for service, return or replacement (I hope they do not ask me to pay more for exchange as it is a gift)
