    Bought 3 of them, came refurbished. 1 had a defect in boot up. Bestbuy exchanged it for another unit that is working good.

    This is refurbished. Called and and was told that a “new” one was being sent. Got a second refurbished one.

    Have had this laptop for over a year now. It has been great, speed is great, and navigation has been very easy. Only problem is that I’ve noticed in the last 6 months, it seems a little sluggish for a day or 2 after some updates install. Doesn’t seem worth taking it in for service for. Over all I’ve been very happy with this Dell!

    Laptop arrived earlier that expected, was packaged extremely well, and looks almost new! First startup was completely painless and even had recent windows updates installed. Highly recomend this seller.

    A bit heavy, but I really like the number key pad. Very helpful when entering grades in the gradebook or computing numbers! Only wish it had a DVD player…I’m old school.
