Excellent product, matches perfectly with my other monitors
JulieS –
Nice monitor. Needed a camera and speaker and this fit the bill. Great price.
DonaldC –
Fits my desk top area that has shelving all around. Good quality display.

This monitor provides excellent value when bought on sale. I would have rated it a 5 star but a couple of times now during conference calls the speakers would start to exhibit some distortion, however the problem was easily resolved by removing and re plugging back in the USC connector on the back of the monitor.
BestBuyFan –
Returned because I needed touchscreen more than the built-in camera, microphone and speakers. Image quality was fine. Construction seemed on the light side – didn’t realize how light until I bought a different monitor with touchscreen. Overall quality of new monitor much better.
MarkG –
The monitor is very well designed and well made. It works well with my new mac mini. It also looks good on my desk.
Baglady –
Very happy with purchase. Got it at sale price available only for a few days at $100 off retail. This monitor was on the BB website and had to be ordered. Great features.

I have only been using this for a week, with my new Mac Mini. I am pleased so far. To use camera and mic, it requires the usb c cable which supplied.
jchansler –
Excellent pc monitor! I have 3 of them now in 3 different areas of my house. One will go in my she shed. Excellent picture, using with 2022 Mac Mini, 2018 Mac Mini, and 2014 Mac mini. Highly recommend!

We have bought a few of these now for the office desk of employees and have come to find they are easy to set up and are very nice looking and of excellent quality. Will definitely be purchasing more when they are needed.
ManishB –
Overall very happy. Just one issue, sometimes the monitor speakers stops working. Does not happen very often.

I bought this as a Mothers Day gift this year. Super sleek, sharp picture and the built in camera/speakers are great for zoom calls. Highly recommend.
user395785 –
good match with the mac-mini great color and definition
JeffL –
Really nice monitor. Built in webcam works great.
RonaldS –
Bought this open box and it was packed with the wrong power cord. That caused me a 2 hour round trip to the Best Buy that didn’t even get a single sorry or compensation for their failure. Don’t waste your time with open box items as they don’t put any effort in making sure they have the items they came with. Not to mention that the open box price was the same as the brand new price on Amazon. After pointing that out to the managers they lowered the price on the open box but I would have bought the Amazon monitor to avoid all the time I had to spend in the car as a result of the poor packaging of the open box that lead to the wrong power cable being in the box.

The price was right and the quality is awesome, it worth every penny.
BillB –
I bought two of these monitors to use with a new computer. Set up was very easy and I like that the monitors can be used horizontally or vertically. Also, each has a mic and camera. Very pleased with the purchase.
Nicki –
Very nice, I did find a second one withoit camera to match! Camera never recognizes me, so when signing in… I can forget that … and it does not open easily unless I am standing behind it. I guess in time I will get use to how to open it…
ErickaL –
This is a great monitor that pairs well with my Apple laptop. It has a USB—C connector that also serves as a power source for my Apple laptop.
HeidiW –
This was a good buy. We needed to replace several computers in the office. Our IT person stated these where easy to set up.

After 1 1/2 month’s of use monitor stopped turning on. Since its outside of the bestbuy’s return window I had to reach out to Dell support directly. Dell has sent me a new monitor which keeps disconnecting all of a sudden, so not sure what’s happening at this moment. I’m using Type C to connect to the monitor, I never expected this from Dell. Imagine your monitor getting disconnected while using monitor’s microphone and webcam during meeting :(. I called Dell support and they suggested me to use HDMI but not Type C :(. Also if you unmute your monitor’s microphone by mistake it will take time to mute it again as it you have reach to it by multiple clicks and it could be a problem when you are in a meeting.

Gave this to my husband as a gift because he wanted a monitor that could rotate vertically and he absolutely loves it (He uses it for coding and reading documents). When reading documents with a white background it has a nice sorta matte finish that makes the experience very comfortable.

Really nice display with the adjustable pedestal, tilts and swivels, built in cam and mic. The speakers are tinny with zero audio anywhere near a bass range. I was happy to get my old speakers off my desk. I was lucky and had a subwoofer from my old speakers that I was able to plug into this monitors output. That made everything okay. When using it for video meeting you have to use the USB connection and that in turn kills the output to the woofer so I unplug the usb when not doing video meetings. Still a nice monitor for the money,

This is a great monitor for the price!!! The built-in blue light protector makes everything easy on the eyes and the web camera has a nice clear image. Since purchasing I have recommended this monitor around the office and have even purchased another for my home office.
JRDS –
Good product but missing the cables need to connect the camera
Instructions on what I need is misleading

I needed a second monitor and looked everywhrfe for one. This one checked all the boxes. It’s easy to use and easy to set up. The csmera is super nice as well. This is an all in one monitor!
JohnJ –
We use this 24″ touchscreen monitor with a laptop. It has good resolution and makes working in a home office easier.
Noah –
Look, the camera is decent, the microphone is also decent, and the quality of the image is enough for a regular user, but all with a Thunderbolt 4 that comes in the box, a beautiful design that is easy to use and very practical for 270$ is a fantastic deal, you want a clean desk and an excellent way to upgrade your desk go for this monitor, and save even more with an open box in perfect condition.
Dwatkin87 –
I love this! I bought it for work and it is a great addition to my home office. I love the features including the camera and great sound!
Cameron –
I got this to complete my WFH setup. Ive had great experience woth Dell monitors, and this one doesnt disappoint. The standard 1098 resolution is nothing fancy, but gets the job done. Love Dell’s matte screens: very easy on the eyes for a full workday. The power-over-USB-C to power my work laptop meana i have one extra power socket opened up, and less desk clutter. And lastly, the pop-up webcam is the icing on the cake. With it, i can keep the laptop closed and srill have Zoom/Teams meetings. No more having to open up the laptop and look DOWN for the next hour of meetings!
MichaelB –
Excellent resolution. Perfect size. Highly recommended
WilliamJ –
Great screen, very vivid. Only issue is that the camera is set with too wide an angle and cannot be narrowed.
MondayMorning –
I got this for my new Mac Mini. The connection was painless, and they worked really well together. However, I had to return for a couple of reasons.
First, the picture quality left much to be desired. I was using this alongside my 2017 iMac, and the difference was night and day. iMac is crisp and bright—while this Dell monitor was grainy and dark, even when adjusted to the sharpest and brightest settings. This proved to be especially problematic when crunching numbers or coding!
Second, the camera quality was questionable. Maybe I got a defective unit but, in addition to the picture being grainy and dark, the camera would suddenly go dark periodically. Given that this is a relatively expensive unit for what it is, this was disappointing. I’d rather buy a simple monitor and attach a cheap webcam to get better results! So, I returned it and got a cheaper HP monitor AND a cheap clip-on webcam instead—and it has been working much, MUCH better.
TeresaK –
Excellent product. Easy to set up and great resolution!
user879291 –
I want to love it but the video quality makes it look like i am ina really dark room
Muff08 –
I bought this as Open Box. Wanted to like it but the microphone worked one day, and not the next. This went on for several days. The Geek Squad spent a couple hours remotely looking for a cause. They determined the microphone to be defective and recommended I return it.
Happy –
This monitor was just what I needed. It arrived on time and was easy to put into action.
BradyP –
Love this monitor. The usb-c is great, charges and connects laptop with one cable.
readytoretire –
This wide screen provides the more space to view with multiple pages.
Rarelycook –
At this price point you are paying for the USB-C option and the Dell mount which is always well made. The camera is subpar and I taped it down. The quality of the screen is alright. Typical Dell monitor dull not vivid but consistent. 24 in is somewhat small. You want to consider that before you purchase since you are paying a premium for its features and if you plan to use it long term.
JDG1 –
This Dell screen really has a great picture and I am glad I purchased it.
Paul –
The webcam and this monitor really suits everything I need. No needed to keep looking at laptop camera for meetings.
Lalaland –
This is the worst monitor purchase I have ever made. I bought it specifically for the built in webcam. However after only 6 months, the USB-C port is no longer accessible. This is after normal use. I did not do anything to cause this to happen. The camera wouldn’t work one day, so I went to check the connections and I noticed the the interal port is no longer accessible because it has worked itself back up into the monitor. This is a manufacturing defect, not because of anything I did. When I called customer service they told me it was not a manufacturing defect, but that I pushed the port back up in through excessive pressure, and that it wasn’t covereed. Excuse me? I was using it as intended and it failed. If it cannot handle the pressure of having a cord plugged into it, then that is an issue with the build. I can understand things happen, but ot then blame it on me is unaccesptable. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY DELL!

Had difficulty turning the desktop on. After plugged in, it flickered a little and turned off immediately. Had to return and carry this heavy desktop to a physical store.
Tony –
I used this with a Macbook Air in order to author documents and design graphics on a larger screen. Text was jagged and pixelated at maximum resolution.
Other issues: I bought this open box-excellent, but it was missing the USB-C cable. Online support would not send me a cable, but rather had me take it to a store to exchange it. The store gave me a cable instead of a new monitor. This was all really annoying and a waste of my time.
I ended up returning it because of the poor quality of text on the display and got a Samsung 4K monitor that was less expensive and has excellent text resolution and eye relief features.
