Lizziebug –
The vacuum shown on the Best Buy website is not the same model I received.. The model VM4B500 does not come with the hose attachment as shown. According to the order form that came with the vacuum it is an additional $11.00 to purchase. Had I known this I would have ordered something else. The vacuum itself is made well however I am disappointed with my overall experience.
