When I ordered it I went by the picture. It didn’t come the way it was presented. I had to pay a shop 49.00 to install it. I tried Best Buy to install it but the old battery wouldn’t charge so they wouldn’t do it.

They delivered it promptly. It looks great. I have not installed it as of yet. There are no installation instructions with the kit. I need to contact apple support unless someone can direct me to the installation instructions online.

Kit came with most items to successfully change out the battery in an I-phone 6. Only thing missing was adhesive strips to keep the battery settled but double sided carpet tape worked just in its place. Excellent value for the money and the change out was pretty strait forward.

Watched a video on you tube. Used the tools included in the battery kit. Works great! Took less than 15 mins and my phone is holding a charge all day again!

Ad is very misleading. It shows tools needed to change battery but only the battery is what you get and without tools it is worthless. Received battery and had to return to store and by total kit elsewhere.

I assume, and hope, this product works fine but as it didn’t come with the tools that it was pictured with, I wouldn’t know. I feel like if the product was pictured with this way then that’s the way it should come. Waiting on tools that I ordered separately and we shall see. Misleading representation of the product.

I ordered the battery with the installation tools as illustrated. However, when the package arrived there were no tools.
I contacted online chat and they checked with a local BestBuy store and sent me there for a replacement. When I got there, the clerk pointed out that in the fine print describing the contents, there was no mention of the tools.
In other words, though the picture indicated there would be tools for installation with the battery, THEY DID NOT INCLUDE, NOR NEVER INTENDED TO INCLUDE, ANY INSTALLATION TOOLS.
I certainly did not wish to try the installation with a pocket knife!
The store returned my money.
They are an Apple Certified repair facility and could replace my battery, but I was informed that they would have to do other repairs to my iPhone 6, since the battery had swollen slightly. They would not simply replace the worn-out battery.
Not wishing to spend extra money when my phone was otherwise functioning properly, I took it to another facility to have the battery replaced. That was done and my phone is working great once again.
The takeaway? Pay NO ATTENTION to the pictures of the product but read the fine print of what the package includes.

I thought my old battery was failing, but my iPhone 6 was also doing strange things with odd sounds and did not keep charge long. My most recent phone charger no longer charged up to 100%, even with new battery in phone. I added new car charger and it did 100% charge. The pictured tools were not included. I have mixed feelings.

Received the battery, but none of the three tools were included. Fortunately, I’d replaced batteries before so had the necessary tools already on-hand, otherwise this would have been a failure to install. Quality control matters.
