I have had Dacor appliance s for 20 years, 4 homes. The best appliances made. I’ve had Viking, Wolf and SubZero and Dacor range, ovens, Microwave are the best. This new combo is really an awesome new thought.

Very convenient to use. Reheats food very well. Also did a great Christmas dinner. The app lets us know when food is ready.

Pricey for sure, but I have to say I love it. The fact that it has a digital screen, yet with knobs still is great…especially that they are lighted. This is almost identical to the Samsung we looked at but that was unavailable. I really like the microwave’s “convection sear” and “healthy fry” which has a stand with a metal plate on it and you can toast garlic bread and crisp up leftover fries, breakfast sandwiches…just like the stand alone air fryer we were using. Love the Smart Things connection too. AND Best Buy’s delivery/installation guys were timely, clean, respectful of the house and dirt or dust, quick in and out. Really great. I just hope THIS one lasts as long as our old Jenn Air oven. (Oh, and the oven lights are beautiful and the racks slide in and out very easily.) Quite pleased with this purchase.

We replaced a Jenn Air double oven with this Dacor Microwave/Oven combo. I’m still learning all the bells and whistles, but it is pretty intuitive. Love the knobs – instead of all digital. I love, love, love the bright lights inside the ovens! You can see your food cooking very well! I think I’m really going to like this combo a LOT!

Arrived damaged. Control panel was bent, install team tried to fix, but now have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. Since Samsung bought Dacor, quality has definitely gone way down.

I am a professional Chef. This unit has been outstanding so far. Please note like any electric oven it will lose temp fast when opened. But will come back up relatively quickly.

Really impressed with this oven. It was installed about a month ago and I haven’t had a chance to use all the features, but the upper oven is really versatile and both ovens have convection. We’ve used the air fry feature a good bit and it works great. We’ve also used the Sense Cook, Convection Sear, and of course the Microwave settings as well and have been impressed with the way the food turns out. Looking forward to the holidays when having two versatile ovens will really come in handy. I like the clean, modern look of the oven that meshes well with our other Dacor appliances. Everything seems very sturdy, well built and substantial.

So many features I’m still getting used to them! Best Buy install team was amazing, ensuring the unit would fit, carefully removing the old one and beautifully installing the new one. I feel like a pro chef in my own kitchen!!

The oven and microwave are excellent! I am very pleased! very powerful, cooks great, has many functions and it takes time to try everything. Maintenance service is good. There was no meat thermometer included, after calling the manufacturer I received a thermometer a couple of days later

Appliance works well but Best Buy’s installation and service crew were undesirable. Best Buy gave me wrong dimensions for the installation, they had the delivery scheduled and eventually did not show up due to a last minute accident their crew faced which is understandable. However they did not give me a new date, I had to call and schedule. On the new date and time no one showed up or called to inform they would not come. I had to call again and they finally had some installers come who told me the dimensions Best Buy gave were incorrect and they would not fix it. I finally had enough and chose to have a private contractor do the installation. It’s only been a few weeks of using the appliance and it seems to be working fine, it has an onboard computer with many pre programmed menu selections but nothing to brag about. It would be interesting to see how some of the functions eventually perform ( like steam bake. Etc) to make an appropriate appliance review.

This oven has made my cooking even better better than it used to be. It’s great to have a double oven as well as a microwave. I used to own a Wolf oven. The Dacor is much better.
