I bought two of these PCs, the first one came in and couldn’t connect to either one of my monitors, all of the ports didn’t work I thought it was my mouse and keyboard glitching out but I tried to connect my phone charger to charge my phone and it still didn’t work so I returned it the same day it came in. The second pc came in and was working fine for about the first three weeks. However, during the fourth week of using the second PC, it started to shut down on me out of the blue, I tried turning it back on but it didn’t work. I had to take out the RAM from inside and plug it back in and it worked. Although the next day the same problem happened four times so the problem persist.

Took 2 attempts: 1st PC was shipped and arrived with a faulty graphics card. I had no issues returning the PC to a local Best Buy. They then worked with me and I instead had them ship to the store for pick up. 2nd PC worked great. If buying, I would recommend instore pick up so that you can check condition of the PC before leaving.
1st PC had multiple bad signs including the following: Case leggings were broken out of box, panel thumb screws were screwed into the case and panel was warped (both of these issues were cosmetic but still annoying). 1st PC also had a bad graphics card (plug in to monitor and no display at all).
Because I didn’t need it in a hurry and Best Buy was easy to work with to get a functional product, overall ok experience.
System for second PC works as I would expect. Plug it in and it boots up.

Enjoying the new system. Did add a 2nd SSD and a sound card to drive my 5.1 speakers. Had to engage support as windows would not activate, but they quickly responded to my support case and provided me an activation key.
Video screams and the value when this was on sale was like getting the rest of the system tossed in for the price of the CPU and Video card.

I have 2 of these at my place. The first one did not display video to my HDMI monitor so Best Buy sent another and it had the same issue. Talked with Cyberpower and they did have any suggestions as well. Bought it on sale for $1799.00 going to get my money back just disappointed that I wasted so much time for nothing.

There are multiple issues with this PC. It appears they attached the rear plate that surrounds the USB, HDMI, Sound ports. It looks like it was attached off center and blocks most of the ports. I have access to only one of 6 rear USB ports. I had to use one of the top USB ports for the keyboard. Also, the graphics card does not work with the any of the 3 display ports. It only works with the only HDMI. CyberPower Support asked me to download graphics card drivers and reinstall, which I did, but that did not resolve the issue. To fix these things I need to ship the PC back for a 15 day turn-around. I’ve had this PC for only one day and this is completely unacceptable. Less of an issue but still not acceptable for a PC of this price, the corner of the front of the case is plastic and has a couple of cracks. I purchased this when it was on sale for $1k discount, but still it should not have all of these issues. Will be returning to Best Buy for a refund and look into another brand PC.

I bought this when it was on a 1000$ flash sale and i’m honestly glad I did, this PC is an absolute monster i’m able get 120 FPS at 4K in most games I play. When on sale this is a better value than building one yourself aswell as being much more conveinent. This PC is on sale frequently and is an absolute bargain for the price.

So this computer came with apevia prestige 1000w. Mostly know as a bad brand on power supply category, I did jot know that at the moment of my purchase, make sure all tha componenta are the one listed. I highly recommend if you still buying this computer to pay for insurance, if not the manufactured will make you wait up to 7 weeks to get it done. Have in mine that there is a lot of cuatomer having the same issue with cyberpowerpc, but is not always the case.

Have had this PC for roughly around 2 months and it is already having problems. A couple weeks ago, the display would start dying out randomly. The PC will stay on and I can still hear audio if I have something playing, the monitor just goes blank then comes with that generic “Can’t find DP signal”. I use two monitors with this PC and both would die out. I tried switching DP cord, unplugging monitor and leaving it unplugged for some time, tried the same two monitors on my laptop and they work there. The only thing I can do it hard reset the PC and redownload the AMD software so I can project to my second monitor, just for the GPU to die out minutes later.

In terms of the parts that came in were pretty solid. It ran fine and could play anything or handle tough programs, but some of the parts came in misplaced like the GPU and Ram cards. this eventually gave me many problems with the computer turning off by itself in the middle of a meeting or not providing an image when I turn it on. It would fix itself when I reset but the problems continued so I decided to return it and upgrade for something better since I am not super techy to fix it and I don’t wanna deal with problems with something right out of the bag. Overall the price was good but I rather pay more for something that won’t give me trouble, wouldn’t recommend it to a friend unfortunately

I am a engineer with over 10 years working for a professional software company…. Don’t buy this…. since day 1 this thing keeps overheating because the video card is not well enough cooled! it took me many attempts to find out what was wrong with this, the cables coming from the video card had broken pieces, you need to be able to diagnostic serious problems, I purchased 2 games computers from Bestbuy recently, this was the first and a i7 was the second… this one is bad! overrated and it looks like a test computer with all kinds of problems, I am furious with this, I got it working, but I had to practically rebuild the entire thing in a new case with correct fans, and air circulation scheme, replaced cables and everything so this could work.,… the manufacture tried to save money building this turkey, I had to remove the parts from this setup and build into another… they should have just charged the right price for the right equipment …. I am furious with CyberPowerPC … and every chance I have to tell this story I will! …. Don’t buy this unless you know how and want to expend more money to rebuild it correct… Bad manufacture! … very bad experience!!!!

Love the PC. It is fast, quiet, great air flow, glass gets warm when playing for hours, but internals are all cooled off and no slow down. LED lights give it a great look to it also.

This was a great purchase. First of all it looks awesome and solid. Everything came ready to just plug in and start using. The whole process was smooth. It runs very fast as well. I wanted to build my own but that would just take so much time and involvement.

I should have known that this computer would be an issue when it took 2 weeks to get AFTER it got “lost in shipping”. Twice. The video card has been crashing out for about 3 months at random intervals. I have update drivers, chipsets, and even pulled and reseated the wiring. Looking that the 1 star reviews that have been coming in it looks like this is an issue that is wide spread though this model because all of the reviews describe exactly my issue. Screen goes black but computer is still on and the audio is still running perfectly fine. Have to hard reboot, uninstall the Gaming Video Card from the device manager, reinstall it and MAYBE get an hour or so of use before multiple crashes happen again.

We bought 2 of these computers when they were on the deal of the day. 1 of them worked fine and the other was a lemon so we had to get a replacement. 50 / 50 percentage is not so great of a track record. My son seems to be happy with the one that worked fine. Unfortunately, since the 2nd one would not connect to the monitor, a lot of unexpected time and frustration was spent.

I love this computer! In all fairness I have made some changes. I changed out the liquid cooler since my temps were getting warmer than I was comfortable with, added a few fans and am trying to decide on more memory. Not all these are necessary but I enjoy tweaking things. I did get this on sale so the value was great!

I brought this product prebuilt and upon initial launch every thing with the product works just fine. I ordered this PC and received it the next evening, so the arrival times were reasonably fast. The system is quiet and does not produce a lot of heat. This system out of the box pushes ALOT. I have already tried a few different programs to run on the PC (both games and productivity apps) and they run seamlessly. I am glad that there are quite a few ports for expansion with this product. The only complaint that I could choose to have about this product so far is that there are some ports that aren’t activated or being used (i.e one of the HDMI ports) and that can cause some levels of confusion upon the setup and even a little discouraging since I run a multiple monitor setup. Overall I recommend for anyone looking to get a prebuilt PC that can be further expanded on in the future without spending an absurd amount of money.

You cannot be wrong with this purchase, although when I get it out of the box and connect it suddenly it went out, I only remove and put the RAM again and arranged, possibly one of them was lose during the shipping, the protection was extreme, I am happy with performance, you can go wrong with CyberPower PC take me almost a year and PC working like the day arrived

I purchased this pc when it was $1,000 off on a flash sale. The parts inside are always a gamble on which manufacturer you get for each part, when you’re buying a pre-built. I lucked out and got each one that I would have picked, had I built it myself. As for the customer service to fix the broken parts, the process was easy with no pushback and they got me taken care of.
