    Overall a solid coffee pot. Make coffee, tea, or other drinks nicely. Takes kcups or you can just use coffe grounds or tea leafs. Definitely worth the money

    I’ve had the older machine, with the thermal carafe and it’s a great value. This carafe is smaller, feels delicate and the coffee gets cold quick… real quick and the warmer does nothing. I returned this and got a Breville but the old Cuisinart with the thermal carafe would have been just fine.

    This is our second time purchasing the same coffee system. They are not identical as we had expected The insert was changed and does not allow all Kcups. It will not puncture some. Very frustrating. For the cups it will puncture, it works fine. Would recommend a disclaimer and stating which Kcups work with this unit.

    Perfect combination of both full pot and k-cup. Cleaning is very straight forward, but could use a better way of stating how to clean it. 2 button press is not intuitive.
    It would also be nice if had a water line tap option.

    Love this coffee center, love the fact you have 2 choices a single K cup or a pot. It’s a nice size and attractive looking. It’s user friendly and Love the fact when I wake up my coffee is ready .

    I LOVE THIS COFFEE MAKER THE ONLY THING IS THAT IT DOSEN’T HAVE A LARGE COFFE CUP SIE IN THE ONE CUP MAKER, OTHERWISE IT MAKES COFFEE FASTER THAN MY OTHER COFFE MAKER DID.

    I have been using Cuisinart coffee makers for many years now and this is the best so far.

    Large coffee carafe works well. Keurig cup maker is at times terrible. Top puncture probe sometime does not make a good hole in the top of the cup and makes a very big mess! No way to take the holder apart and clean after this happens. Good thing I have a warranty through BestBuy.

    Great coffee maker, does everything as advertised. My only issues are the single serve options are too small for my use, I wish it had a 20 & 32 oz option. The other dislike is that there is no paper filter for the single serve side which requires that you rinse some grounds down the drain every use as they won’t all shake out of the wire mesh filter.

    Bought this as a Christmas gift on clearance price that I couldn’t pass up for an item I’ve personally owned for a year and a half that I paid $200 for. My personal experience with cuisinart coffee makers including my current one that is used as if I own a barista, I’ve owned only 2 others (DCC-1200) in the last 30+ years. First one I bought at Service Merchandise if that dates me. Now if you don’t mind, it’s 6pm and my coffee’s done and I jave to go. 😉

    Horrible experience. The listed was for a new machine but I received a pre-owned one. Not just any pre owned. This appears to have been used for at least a year. It had white paint marks all over, scratches, the basket smelled horrible, and the filter had old coffee and mold growing. To make matters worse, this was a gift. I contacted Best Buy and they did absolutely nothing other than to say I can return it. The only thing worse than the customer service was the experience and embarrassment from giving this as a gift.

    I’ve always liked Cuisinart coffee makers. I’ve tried others but go back to cuisinart soon after. The one thing I find is that it’s a little awkward putting the water in for the pot but once you get used to it , it’s not so bad.

    Seems like a nice coffee maker but there is an issue, the main cup that holds the coffe strainer in and if not snapped in will not let water through center into coffee pot thus spilling over, this is part of the auto shut off when making coffee. But besides that iWorks well.
