I had a discount coupon that wasn’t accepted so I tried to cancel the order immediatly( several times) but got a msg that I had to wait because the order was in processing. When I went back to cancel later the msg was I’d waited too long. I had to take it back to the store which I would have done anyway.
The pan is only 2 1/2″ deep and is very light weight. It was listed at 3″ and I wanted deep for deep dish lasagna.
This is the first problem I’ve had with BB and hopefully the future will be brighter.
