    Why are toasters so expensive?
    After searching for a toaster I came across this one and thought I’d try it out. It’s been a little over a month since we’ve purchased it and we love it.

    Love Love Love this toaster. The delivery wait was longer than expected because the toaster is so popular. I had my last toaster for over 30 years so it was definitely a time for a replacement. It was heavy and bulky – this one is light and so easy to operate. I highly recommend it.

    This toaster does not toast evenly. It will toast one side and not the other. I have missed the return period, but don’t suggest you purchase this.

    Although highly rated by different sources, this toaster, like the one I was replacing, simply does not toast in an acceptable manner. While one side of the toast might be evenly toasted, the other side is not. This is the same problem I’ve had with other, more expensive, toasters. At least I didn’t pay a lot of money to find out that they just don’t make toasters the way they used to.

    The bread comes out as perfectly made toast. Settings are easy to adjust for bagels as well.

    Great value and consistency. Setting both temperature/timer controls the same gives the same results. Time is similar to our old Viking 4 slice toaster and the cost is noticeably less.

    Doesn’t toast evenly. One side of the toast will be much darker than the other. Eggo waffles are often cold at the top.

    This looks great but as most of the other reviews point out, this doesn’t do the basic job of toasting bread evenly. There are untoasted spots, and one side will be browned but the other side barely.
