    I will never give up my landline. I bought this phone to replace the wall phone in my kitchen. It is a great quality phone for the price. Large buttons make it easy to dial. Good value.

    My mother is in a nursing home and has bad vision. She needed this phone to make frequent calls to the same few numbers using the one-touch buttons. It also has an additional 10-number memory. The handset coil cord is short, so I got her a 25′ white coil handset cord to match the phone. It works perfectly, however the phones’ item description on Wal-marts site indicates white. The box says Sandstone (off white, more of a tan) and it is Sandstone color. Good features – variable handset volume on the base, tone/pulse, ringer high/low/off. The ringer is a very reasonable volume on the low setting. The red indicator light on the base flashes when the phone rings. The handset is very light so one may be able to be on the phone for a while without getting tired of holding the phone. It has a wall mount attachment and also sits on a desk quite well. The good quality rubber feet on the base do keep the base from sliding around.

    Got this phone for my sister as her eye sight is really bad. She was able to see the numbers as they are huge so it was a good purchase for her to use.

    I bought this phone for my mother who has a vision problem. It was okay for that, but the phone quit working after only 4 1/2 months.
    Too long ago for Best Buy to return it and I am unable to contact the manufacturer to use their warranty.
    Sending it to be recycled.

    This is an ok phone . Got it for a seniors need for the large numbers. Only problem is that We hung it on the wall and the piece to hold the hand set doesn’t work real well. It doesn’t keep receiver units cradle very well. It has Fallen a few times already just glad it hasn’t cracked yet.

    I bought this for my grandmother. She has bad eye sight so I went with the big numbers, unfortunately it’s a very bad design because the color of the numbers don’t show well with the color of the buttons. She needs the numbers written over with a dark marker. With the current lock down of assistant living homes I’m not about to do that so she has to struggle for now. Would not suggest this product unless they change either the button or number color.

    As we age, our eyes do not focus, nor does our hearing work, as we thought it did. 30 years ago. The Cortelco 2400, takes care of that. You can adjust the volume setting, for your own, personal, sound setting, and the extra large dial keys, make it easy not only to view, but to touch as well. So do your loved, elders, a favor? Purchase them this phone, they would not buy, for themselves. Remember, “reach out and touch, someone?” Well, this phone, will make, it happen.

    This phone is great for seniors, those who have poor eyesight and for children learning to use a phone. It is a great buy and is much easier to use than the electric phones and cell phones that everyone seems to be using today.

    Cortelco -ltt-2400ez touch corded phone works for me. It has large push buttons, volume control, nice ringer and it is compatible with my existing answering machine. A good buy.

    Cortelco – Itt-2400 ez Touch Corded Phone – White. I purchased this phone today from Best Buy. My critique is not about the product, which I haven’t tried yet; it’s about Best Buy. The product arrived clearly used (nasty grime and makeup all over the phone). I expect this when I buy items from Ebay (even if marked NIB), but not from Best Buy.

    I want asy touch but the keys make rattling cheaply made noises. The phone ring sound is so low can barely hear it.
