I had used the original LUX Corsair K70 for multiple years, loving the wrist rest until I needed to replace it from general wear. After unboxing this, I was immediately dissatisfied with the comparison. The volume wheel feels very cheap, the key caps are double shot PBT but feel like cheap 3D printing filament with the rough edges. Watch a YouTube video for better options in this price range, or buy a cheaper keyboard that would match the quality of this board. Seems like Corsair sold out!

I purchased this keyboard for my husband, but should have also purchased another one for me. Corsair is a good solid brand with a great reputation. We both like the larger keyboard, backlit keys, the feel of the mechanical keys is a positive feeling that you have actually pressed the key! The lighting can be adjusted to your specific needs and it also just looks cool!

Great replacement for the old K70 I was given when I started my build a few years ago. It was already 6-7 years old by then and had a good run.
Silver switches are quiet enough so that my friends don’t call me keyboard Elmo when I am writing papers while hanging out on discord.
Profile button helps me go from different mouse DPI setting without having to open iCue between games.
Would love pudding caps as an in-box optional set of caps, but that’s just me.

Got this after having issues with my Razer keyboard. As a keyboard, this is far better than the Razer. It’s significantly more sensitive than the Razer, there’s time I have my finger resting on the key and it’ll activate the key even though I’m not pushing down on it. The only thing I like about the Razer more is the way the lights look better on the Razer and the options when it comes to customizing the colors.

Bought about 1 month ago. It’s nice you can control all the RGB you could want from the icue program. The mechanical clicks of the keys are nice to hear and the keys are sensitive for quick typing. Recommend for anyone looking for a Corsair keyboard

This is a really nice keyboard, the led lighting looks great and I love that you can unplug the usb cable from the keyboard side – it makes it easy to move if needed or even switch it between computers.
The corsair iCue software is a disaster though. Everything is half baked and needs a lot of work. I still get crashes and it makes me reboot my computer ALL the time. The worst part is that you cannot set profiles to auto start from games downloaded in the xbox app – including game pass games. It really is pathetic they haven’t figured it out, when other companies like logitech figured it out almost immediately. It really shows their lack of commitment to making quality software.
I have several corsair led accessories and they have all had issues shortly after purchase aside from the keyboards. Still, this will likely be my last corsair product.

This keyboard isn’t too loud because of the red switches inside but still gives you the satisfaction of hearing a clicking noise like a blue switch. The rgb is a nice touch too. Bought to reolace a broken corsair 95. Same speed silver switches same aluminum chassis. Only difference is missing the 5 programmable keys on the left and the extra rgb bar on the top. Also this keyboard has a removable/replaceable usb-c cable the 95 did not have.

Not a bad keyboard but watch out for the displays at the store. I found that if you want a mechanical keyboard that is also quite the cherry silvers are horrible in my opinion. My previous/ current keyboard was a mecha-membrane. The actuation distance of 1.2 mm was so sensitive you couldn’t type with it unless you went slow. I found it was too easy to bump buttons with the minimal force of 45g. The keys themselves were very smooth in movement but offered no resistance. If you look at the same keyboard on Corsair web sight you will also find that you can get this keyboard with other mechanical switches. Probably the source of my experience comparing the demo product to the one I got. I tried to reach out to Corsair before I returned the product regarding the keys. Now if you really want to you can get replacement keys that may be better but good luck knowing if you get the right ones. And there kits wouldn’t come with a full set anyway. I really wanted a keyboard that I could have replaced parts on but this ended up being a complete let down for me.

I accidentally type letters every time I try to set my fingers to “f” and “j”. This thing is great for playing games but sometimes you need to type. I have a second wireless keyboard just for everyday typing.

Can say even after taking a large coffee completely covering the keyboard by mistake it still lives and works perfectly. Also love all the differentoptionsitcomes with as far as the media buttons/ color range that the rbg lighting is on this keyboard. We are now a Corsair family for sure.
