While it is a very quality keyboard. I do not enjoy the I’ve software causing my whole system to crash. The only way around that was to downgrade to an older version below version 5 of icue. While the keyboard was nice, I had a hard time coming from a steel series to the switches this keyboard uses. I don’t currently use it as the escape key and a few others sporadically act like they’re been pressed multiple times. I would have returned it but it’s a decent spare.

Pretty solid keyboard. I enjoy the customizable lights and that it came with a wrist pad. Keys are responsive. I get the occasional double tap sometimes that is unwanted but other than that pretty great.

This keyboard is nice for its value. Cheap/Budget keyboard from a great brand of products. The issue with this keyboard however is that the switches are a very different feel than typical gaming keyboards, and the kicker is that the spacebar created chatter very quickly. I’ve only had the keyboard for 2 months and the chatter is abysmal.

The palm rest is one the best I ever had: very comfortable. It looks and performs great. The only thing I personally do not like is the CAPS light indicator. It’s hard for me to know when I am typing with lower or capital case. I am not a typist.

iCUE software is cumbersome & buggy but powerful. way less key chattering than previous models. love the per-key rgb lighting so i can highlight important hotkeys in productivity apps, etc. – this thing is a pretty solid step up from the last generation

Use this on my primary gaming desktop and to actually type this review right now. Keystrokes are nice and smooth and not to loud , nice overall feeling. LOVE the padded rest its so soft and is amazing. Only thing I would add is a volume knob button but a great keyboard!

Both the initial keyboard I received and the replacement had multiple issues with keys sticking or being unresponsive. Will look at other options for my replacement. Disappointing for being the first “decent” keyboard I’ve purchased.
