    So, we got this unit for my significant other and read the manual. And the manual specifically calls out that it should be tested on a small patch of your skin first, and wait for a day to check that there are no skin reactions.
    We tried twice and each time there was a redness around the area the next day. It lasted for a day or so and caused slight irritation. Nothing too significant, and thankfully we followed the instructions to try on a small area first.

    We are thankful, that the manufacturer added the test instruction to the manual , and prevented us a bigger headache. That’s what the 3 stars are for, since we can’t truly review how this performs.

    I’ve been using this for about a month, and have mixed results. You can only use it once every 2 weeks, so even after q months th I haven’t gone through many sessions. 8 sessions max per year. It seems to work on my arm hair, but not seeing any changes in facial hair (why I purchased it). Definitely takes some skill getting it to lay flat on your skin to allow you to zap. No pain. It is VERY bright so you don’t want to look right at it.

    I’m not really sure that is working.I did three session and didn’t see any changes and also is not working for face because you have to put it straight to be able to work.

    Great item to keep hair away for a little while, professionally done is more effective since laser intensity is much higher. This will vary a lot because of you skin color and how your hair grows (fullness and thickness). I had a problem with mine and reached out to their customer service since it was still under warranty and their customer service was really good and quick to send me a new one. Superb customer service!

    of poor quality, hard to get it to work on any part of the body that’s not relative flat for entire light to set on. (Will not emit light )

    Recommendation: Do Not Buy!!!

    Works really well Doesn’t hurt When you use it. It can be intimidating at 1st but after you use it once you realise that doesn’t hurt at all and your good to go.

    Works with some parts of body , doesn’t work with under arms , it’s sensor gives me level one for my skin color but I increased to level 5 which is the Max

    Does not do what it claims. Was difficult to even get it to work. I used this product for a while. Stopped working completely after a couple months. Saw no difference. I am an African American female with a light skin tone.

    It only comes the machine on the box no glasses to protect your eyes , so disappointed . And for the price it should come with more item Protect yourself . Also with this it will take triple the time.
