    This is not a high quality flat iron but excellent regardless for the price. Does the job, has appropriate heat settings and doesn’t leave your hair completely fried. Also good for creating waves and curls.

    I got this because I needed a new flat iron and it was on sale. I’m amazed on how well it worked, and how shiny and soft it left my hair without drying it out. I have fine hair so I don’t know how it will work on thick coarse hair, but I imagine it will be awesome!

    This is my second time purchasing this exact same flat iron. I purchased the first one, in a hurry as my CHI suddenly quit heating. I had every intention of buying another CHI, until I used this one. That was in early 2013. It is still in great shape, and heats just as the day I bought it. I happened to notice it was on sale here at best buy for less than $15, and could not pass it up. I originally paid $45 and got every single penny out of it plus some. This is well made, and can take one heck of a beating. I have dropped this thing at least 50 times, with no major damage.
    It glides down my hair smoothly, and does not pull or tug. I have natural curly hair, and this flat iron eliminates frizz, as well as straightens with little effort. I would definitely recommend this product.

    I purchased the purple one. Got a black straightener. I decided to give it a try. Cant say good things about this product. Doesn’t do the job unless is higher temperature. If u have thin hair like me u can damage it. Plus way too hot in your hands no i don’t recommend this product at all.
