Brought this for my wife, and she is absolutely happy with the product. It works perfect with both hot and cold air options.
It is compact, perfect for travel purpose. Also it is capable of dual voltage ( the Best Buy online product description says No ) but the packet says it is . Not tried it myself, but I am sure that would work , just need a plug adapter .
The cord retract feature makes it more convenient.

This blow dryer worked fine at first , but after a awhile the cord does’nt retrack anymore. Which sucks cause thats the reason why I bought it for that in the first place.

Very good & Reliable for an inexpensive Hair Dryer.
This hair dryer works great and airflow is very strong.
Its not as compact as a travel dryer however the handle does fold up and even though i didn’t think i needed a retractable cord. I do find this feature very useful and i greatly appreciate it.

The cord reatraction either jerks the cord out of your hand or doesnt retract at all, I found I had to very slowly ease the cord in for it to work.
That was fine enough until it stopped working after owning it for 5 months, tried the reset buttons on the power brick and it didnt change.

I know this was a very inexpensive hair dryer but I was not impressed with it. My old one that is the same brand and similar model seems to work better than this new one did. Also, the retractable cord has never gone back in completely after the first time of pulling it out. Never use it.
