For the prices everything are right now this was a great deal. Well put together, cable management was nice, could possibly use some extra fans down line but not a immediate need. Runs pretty much any game ive thrown at it in ultra or high setting in 1440 with no issues.

This is my first gaming PC and I love it so far it can be a little loud when playing on ultra settings but other than that it’s perfect

This was suggested to me by a best buy rep after two IBUYPower pcs i had purchased from them failed in a month due to faulty ssd’s. I decided to give best buy one last try, i purchased this had to wait over two weeks to get it. I got it today and while it looked ok at first with decent temps after doing benchmarks, but then the cpu temperature skyrocketed to 90c and throttled after just one game of Warzone. i made sure all fans including the gpu fan were running at max and yea they were. Very disappointing this could be a good pc with better/more fans or even better an improved cpu cooler. Personally im not smart enough to fix these issues on my own so i will be returning this one getting my money back and try else to find a good gaming pc because best buy has failed me bigtime.

Was suppose to come with a nividia gefore rtx 3080 came with a gigabyte gefore rtx 3080 tubro edition. Blower gpu. Hard to tell if it had the right cpu in it. As soon as i opened the box and seen the gpu i drove to best buy to return it. Not worth the money in my opinion.

overall its a great pc! it runs the game’s smooth and at high settings but i will say this…. the fans are real loud after a hour or so of gaming but it does not effect anything… if your trying to record and stream like i am while playing the game at high settings i woud recommend getting more RAM… and the all black looks kinda mid but its ok aint nobody but me looking at it! check out my yt… @getdamemo

I have had and used this pc for a long while now, mainly heavy gaming, was a little worried when buying a pre built pc, so far I haven’t have any issues, I play all games maxed graphics, and no issues, had to do some small tuning, and eventually will have to change fans/cpu cooler, but all and all it’s doing what I wanted it for

Was hoping to give them a chance and it not be as other pre-builts, but that was wishful thinking.
The motherboard was an ASRock, in my 10+ years of building PC’s, i’ve had maybe a handful out of 100+ not arrive DOA. This did not fall into the handful.
The GPU was from Gigabyte, I can count on one figure out of the 100’s of pieces of hardware from Gigabyte i’ve had arrive that weren’t DOA.
With the graphic card shortage/price inflation, you’re not really afford the chance/luxury of building your own, anymore. Unfortunately, majority of these companies use the “cheaper” brands and it always shows. Just unfortunate that this is what the hobby has come to.

Kept crashing when trying to play games. Other than that the hardware is enough to play games like CoD MW2 and the Witcher 3 with great graphics. But as I said mine would not stop crashing so I returned it and got an Acer predator Orion 5000 which so far has been awesome!!
FearlessTaco –
Plays every game on max settings with a 144p 340hz.

Did not work when it arrived. I think it got damaged during shipping but this is the second computer that this happened to. very disappointed.

This computer I got when my old one stopped working. I went from a 2080 Super to a 3080. This thing is a beast. I play all sorts of games like Warzone, COD, Valorant, Overwatch, etc. Every once in awhile I change my game settings, but even with everything on high I have never had an issue. This computer has great cooling and it has never gotten hot on me. I play games about 7 hours a day. Definitely worth every penny. I love her!

Nothing but issues with this computer. i must have just had bad luck because my brother bought the same one and did not have any issues with his. Had to replace two hard drives the fans kept cutting out and the lights for the fans do not work. it has also loads into games slower than everyone else. it was a great price but not put together vary well.

I had a great experience, I was informed on my product and walked through the whole process.

It’s been good to me so far (knock on wood). There have been a few instances where my desktop hasn’t loaded shortcuts or when an application closes, the populated parameter won’t go away–but a simple reboot remedied this; this hasn’t happened in a while, though, and I suspect that this may be an issue with the monitor, rather than the actual computer itself.
As for gaming, the computer has been excellent. For most games, you can throw everything they have to offer through this computer, and it does fine. I can also do play games while leaving coding applications and digital audio workstations running in the background, and with a few browser tabs open, and the computer performs.
The casing and setup of the computer is good, as well. It’s upgrade-friendly, for sure. There is an acrylic swinging door that opens right up, and you can get at the internals quickly. The 16 GB RAM and the graphics card that it comes with it plenty, but there are expansion ports for additional RAM–up to 128 GB–I believe; and the graphic card basically just has a power supply, a few nuts on a mounting bracket, and a quick release latch. I plan on upgrading the RAM soon, and possibly the graphic card and processor in a few months; but the factory hardware is good enough to toss into a lesser build–like a second computer or something.
