Bought this on line sight unseen in person. I was impressed with the quality construction and the “Heavy Duty” feel of it. Instalation was not bad and it holds the weight of the TV well for extending out as far as it does (20 inches). I chose this one due to the tight space I needed to install it and it has proven to be the right choice. The value for dollar spent is fair. I do not think I was overcharged for what I got.

If you need an arm for a medium-sized TV/monitor, this is it. Best Buy’s price was very competitive and they shipped it fast. It does require some effort to mount it on the wall but the results are well worth it. I highly recommend this product!
