Very pretty looking iron but the ergonomics need some serious redsign. The water fill port is on a sub optional location, you will keep hitting the stream switch accidentally and you will also keep hitting the water trigger when you don’t want to.

It stopped working after 6 months. It is very good Iron and I like to take another one. I don’t know what happened and it’s not warming up now.

Straight out of the box the touchscreen doesnt work. Will be returning tomorrow. I like the feel and design but that touch screen is terrible. I bought this to replace my 7 year old Shark thats been on the frits. Highly disappointed that this didnt work out. Seems like it could be a great product but they need to fix the touchscreen. I should have know it wasnt going to be good because the manual is so limited on information and the website was no help.

The ease of use of this iron is above anything else we’ve had. To be able to just set the type of material that your ironing, and then have the iron adjust to whatever you need is awesome, it takes all the guest work out of how to set the iron. Other reviews try to make a big deal out of the non-retracting cord, I don’t find it a big deal at all. A little pricey, but worth it.
